I order from them twice.
I own 6 corsets from rhem.
I'm very happy with the quality of the corsets, And the designs are beautiful. They have grate sales there prices are very 3 for 99$

I'm a newbie corset wearer and I mostly bought them as support for back pain. This is my first time dealing with a corset company and I could not be more pleased. Their customer service is phenomenal and they immediately answered all of my new customer questions. I also ordered a corset that was way too big for me and they were very accommodating and prompt in helping me exchanging it for the correct size.

And finally their corsets are very well and beautifully made. The quality is amazing and the time they have put into their products is evident. I'm so happy and currently seasoning my new corsets.

I love the corset. I just wish it was more curvy!

considering it came from overseas, it was shipped and arrived very timely. once i got used to how to hook it up, it is really easy to put on. i have already had to tighten the laces. yeah!!

The corsets are of good construction and attractive to the eye. Orders usually arrive promptly and in good condition. The discounts do not usually work, whether it be 10% or 25%, so you are better purchasing the 2 for.... or 3 for.... etc. Their customer service has dropped a notch or two as they grow but like their pricing above average.

Surprisingly high quality and well made. I'm a repeat customer and every single thing I ordered has been fantastic. Knocked it out of the park for my steampunk Halloween costume.

Ordered corset made to fit as I have a long upper body. Exelent service offered with regards to making measurement by customer support. Corset arrived quickly and fitted perfect. Simply love it😍

Item arrived in a timely manner and was of the quality I have come to expect. The garment fit perfectly. Their requests for further measurements were polite and easy to fulfill. Excellent experience.

Worst experience ever, I ordered a bespoke corset dress which cost more than buying off the shelf so they had all my measurements and even pictures of me in my underwear. When my dress arrived it was too big, it was made with stretchy material so even when done up to its tightest it still only gave me a 1 and a half inch waist reduction when I wanted a 3 inch reduction.
Their response to this was that they made it to my measurements but, inside the dress it had a size label which they tried to claim was a tailor's code so I took it to a tailor and they said it was an Asian size label for a UK 12 which was the size of the dress.. Absolute scam.. And a rip off
I know they will try and say they did everything right in their reply to this but believe me, offering to make me another one for half the price didn't make it right

Perfect! My corset arrived earlier than I expected for a custom product, and it was even better quality than I hoped for. Sturdy, well constructed, fit perfectly, and comfortable even on a longer wear. The add ons that came with it (a mesh hanging storage bag and a flexable tape measure) were an unexpected but delightful surprise. 10/10 will be ordering again soon

Fits awesome. Looks great. it's so hard to find a nice corset for men-- they are cut very differently and don't make your silhouette more feminine of it's done right. with this one, they nailed it

The quality of workmanship is great. Customer service is terrific.

There's a lot of negative feedback about the customer service but I found it to not be much hassle. I was sent a bespoke corset with the wrong measurements. After reading the reviews I skipped the bot on the webpage and filled in the returns form. Then I received an email. They listened to my problem and after I provided proof (a picture of me measuring the corset) they agreed to send me a new corset. I received my corset and it's in good condition and to the right measurements.
I brought three other items, two off the rack corsets and a skirt. This is my first time buying things like this but I find them to be high quality, comfortable and unlikely to break anytime in the near future.

This company is awful. They charge £14 for shipping no matter how many items you order. They do not ship from the UK even though they imply that they do when using the words "in stock items"on their policy when it comes to where the items come from.

I just got hit with a £56 duty bill after receiving them about a month ago! After they put the items down in the sale very shortly after me purchasing. I decided to place another order with the lower pricing and return the one with the higher price that had been dispatched already when it got here. When I contacted them to ask if they could honour the lower price instead which was £86 lower they said they could refund me £13 because they would have to take into account the restock fee of £14 per item when the order hadn't even been picked! Thankfully I cancelled that order in time.

After speaking to the DHL it turns out that they informed corsetdeal of the duty and tax that would be due from me as the customer at the time of them booking it. This information should have been passed to the customer so that a decision could be made then and there whether to accept the charges. DHL didn't inform me straight away because they thought corsetdeal had. They choose not to because once shipped they know you will get smacked with the customs bill or have to pay £12 to return the item (strange that it's £14 to send it to you) + £14 restock fee per item which means you will loose either way and its a win win for them because they'll ever get the restock fee or keep your money from the sale.
Completely amoral company who need to go back to the drawing board when it comes to business practice and customer satisfaction.
Customers should be aware of where items are being shipped from and are being hoodwinked into thinking they come from Lancashire when they don't.

I will never buy from this company again and I'll make sure that nobody I know does either!

I ordered a corset and paid £8 for express delivery as I needed it quickly. It arrived later than advertised so I was unable to use it. I paid to return for a refund at a cost of £5.20 and have now had my refund less a £14 restocking fee even though it was not my fault and I also never even took the corset out the bag! I’m £27.20 out of pocket as well as the inconvenience. I normally use Corset story as they do next day delivery and free returns. They also do not charge a restocking fee, I have never had a problem with them. Please think carefully before purchasing from this company.

Your express delivery state’s 3-5 working days and not including the day I ordered. The corset was delivered on the 6th day, so I am correct in starting that it was delivered late.
The fact that the refund is in accordance with your terms and conditions does not alter the fact I had to pay £27.20 for a return that was not my fault, and your response demonstrates the lack of customer service at Corsetdeal.
