Terrible Experience

I've ordered 2 pair of pants which also came with a ring set. I specifically paid more in order to have them delivered earlier than what expected with standard shipping and they still took more than what advertised. Only one pant arrived and it looked nothing like advertised: the product itself along with the ring set was extremely cheap quality and poor polish. I will never use kiikio again. They weren't helpful with my issue and I was also charged 30 $ to send the goods back for my refund (total of 168 $ spent). Terrible experience. Don't recommend.

Company does not care about customer.

This was in my son's wishlist for Christmas, I made my order November 28, 2025 on Black Friday. I was promised delivery would be 8-20days maximum. Well it's December 23, 2025 and my order just left China!!
I have been trying to contact someone since December 8, 2025 and all I get is the run around, sending tracking numbers that clearly says its in China with no resolution at all.
Worst experience in ordering.
Worst experience in customer service.
Worst experience with shipping.
At this point I spend over $220 for my sons gifts BUT do not have nothing to give him for Christmas.
Will NEVER use this company again.

would shop here again

At first I was a bit scared that my clothes will not come, until an event i had to go to. I texted kikkioon instagram, explained it to them, and they have helped me. They replied to my messages, and managed to get my order before my event.

They will take your money and never send your item

Ordered a winter jacket for my son in November and here we are in -10 weather and no coat at the end of December. They said they didn’t have it in stock and they can still ship it once they order it but I told them to just refund the money which they didn’t. I had to file a claim with my bank and the Shopify website. I see that they are always active on Instagram posting items and trying to rip off more people. Scammers.

Fur boots and jacket with fur (amazing)

I ordered 2 things from this website, boots and a jacket with fur.
Excellent quality.
The jacket is warm, the fur does get a bit stuck in the zipper but other than that it's perfect! Very comfortable.
The boots (with the fur) are also very warm with some sort of sherpa lining on the inside. Feels like im walking on clouds, so so comfortable.
Excellent website with quality products!

Servise and quality

They tried to scam me twice and couldn't answer me properly if I could exchange one size for another. Just wasting my time. Yes, they answer quickly, but not directly to the point and wierdly trying to circumvent your offer to get their way. The quality of the clothes is pretty good, the delivery not so much. Overall, I do not recommend, because of the service, at least for me. Or you need to be 100% sure you have right size and pray its not damaged, because the pricing and negotiation isn't worth your time.

Very satisfied customer

The items I have received from Kiikio are of great quality, true to fit and my Son was very happy with his jacket. There was a shipping error on my part and their customer service was superb! They got back to me immediately and corrected the problem at no extra cost to me! I will definitely be shopping with them in the near future!!

I had an amazing experience with Kiikio. Their customer service was fast, helpful, and very professional. I needed to change the size on one of my items, and they fixed it right away with no issues. The communication was clear, polite, and reassuring throughout the process.
