Absolutely love my pram I bought the duel DS baby & Tot with free isofix car seat & it's wonderful slightly heavy frame but my 3rd double pram and definitely the best I've had! Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond even gave me a discount code & added in the raincover & carry cot inner. I needed the pram as soon as possible & the delivery was very quick!
Would definitely buy from these again.

I placed an order for a double pushchair and the service was excellent. The pushchair arrived the next day. The company also kindly accommodated me with sending an isofix base which I needed and matched the price from another website. I cannot fault the service - I would100% recommend them

Amazing customer service

The pushchair was impractical for us. Our legs banged on the bottom seat and it didnt even fit through our front door. Its very heavy too. When dismantling to put into the car boot, its a hassle to unclip the seats and fold down.

Bought a duel DS baby & Tot with free isofix car seat and an extra rain cover. Delivery was swift but unfortunately they forgot to include the front tyres. I called them and they sent it out same day, arrived the next day. Excellent service, can’t complain.

I would really recommend Kids Kargo, their customer service is excellent! I bought a fitty jogger last year as I needed a double pram for my newborn and toddler. Now a year and a half later, I experienced some issues with the pram, I got in touch with Kids Kargo, and they were excellent at resolving this issue for me. This was outstanding service and I can't thank them enough. I love my fitty jogger pram and would highly recommend this company because their aftercare is excellent.

I purchased the duelette twin pram ready for my twins being born in May 2021. I thought a twin pram would be heavy and bulky but I was so wrong, this pram is so easy to use. Move forward one year and my twins still love it.

I had a slight issue where one wheel stopped turning, I contacted kids kargo and they fixed this issue very quickly. Communication was very quick and so helpful.

Amazing! I was so certain I would never use a double pushchair simply because I assumed it would be hard to push, a lot of effort and bulky etc how wrong was I?! I was surprised by my partner with the duel DS and I absolutely love it! My children are 10 weeks old and 23 months old so it’s perfect for what I needed it for but I can’t believe how easy, light and durable this pushchair is! I actually use this so much now too! So many people have passed comments on my pushchair all positive! Especially how comfortable and happy my eldest is in the bottom seat, the carry cot is so snug and private too especially with the hood, I personally love that it has the built in insect net/sun shade for added protection!
I also purchased the muse changing bag recently too and I must say I’m in love with it! I’ve been looking for a changing bag big enough for the ‘kitchen sink’ but great quality and nice to carry/look at for quite some time, and I’ve finally found it! I absolutely love all the different compartments too, It literally comes everywhere with me, I’ve had so many compliments, I love it!
The company have been so quick to respond to me, very helpful when I’ve had questions and just overall a pleasure to deal with! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, nothing seems to be too much trouble. I highly recommend, well worth the money!

Love my duellete combi with 2 car seats blueberry. Frames quite heavy but looks very robust and built to last 💗 mosquito nests hidden in hoods 💗 can’t wait to push my 2 beautiful baby twins in it 💙very pleased with my purchase highly recommended site webchat very helpful also. This company has been so helpful an professional from start to finish I ordered a twin pram with matching bag on Saturday and they were in touch with me by Monday and guaranteed me the shipping of the pram would be with in a hour an delivered on Tuesday and by mid day Tuesday our pram arrived the pram is of the highest quality and I am very happy with every aspect of the service I have received and would highly recommend kidskargo to anyone they were also a lot cheaper than other company's that I had reviewed on some pram by 100s of pounds

Pram is great and good value for money however there is a hole in the basket and my cup holder doesn’t fit.
I have emailed in no response and waited on a chat for circa half an hour yesterday and no one has come back to me.

They were brilliant delivered on time they were unsure of the address so rang and we explained were it was

Excellent customer service also very helpful an even delivery service was great i no i had to wait 2 or 3 days but that wasn't there folt it was the delivery people was struggling to get all deliveries out due to Corona virus but still got my pram well done kids kargo highly recommended an will be using this service agen 😁

Fantastic customer services and product.
We brought the duel DS stroller just over a year ago when our second child was born, and our elder child was 20 months old. I must have walked the buggy and children over 100 miles around London and Scotland in the last year, the buggy has been indispensable for us.
Recently the zip on the bottom seat broke and Kids Kargo sent us a new one for free the following day. They also sent us a buggy board screw when I lost it, when we brought a buggy board to attach to our buggy. They were charming and very helpful.
