First time shopping here. I ordered a car seat online for my baby girl. Delivery was fast, only took a day to come! When I received the car seat, I was unsure if my daughter needed the insert or not, so I emailed Kiddies Kingdom and they replied very quickly with amazing customer service and support on what would fit my daughter best and even told me to update them when she reaches 75cm to see if anything needs adjusting! What an amazing company, thank you so much!

The pushchair is light and as described
The pushchair is light and good to manoeuvre. One issue was changing the position of the shoulder straps which was not at all easy to do - took two of us and a bit of brute force to achieve the change. So far that is our only issue.

Incorrect delivery advice
I sent a communication to say we would be unable to take delivery of our items until the 14th July. I had a prompt reply stating that it would be fine as delivery would not be until after the above date. Unfortunately my husband received an email from DPD on Saturday 11th July to say items out for delivery between 12.40 and 13.40. This was of great inconvenience to us as we then had to quickly arrange for someone to be at our property to take the delivery. Thus putting a member of our family off of their plans to attend.
Very disappointed with wrong advice being given re delivery after I had taken the time to email.
