Shocking customer service from Khan of London.

Khans of London has been one of the most difficult and disappointing companies to deal with. Farah, the owner, is highly unprofessional, and her communication is extremely poor. Messages were frequently ignored, and the lack of updates caused unnecessary stress throughout the entire process.

My sister sent her outfit for alterations well in advance, yet despite constant attempts to get updates, we were left in the dark. Shockingly, her kameez was only dispatched on Thursday, even though her wedding was that same weekend. The stress and anxiety this caused cannot be overstated.

A wedding day is meant to be joyful, beautiful, and memorable for all the right reasons—not spent collecting your outfit from a DHL depot at 5am on the morning of the wedding.

Our experience with Khans of London has been nothing short of awful. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially for something as important as bridal wear. Avoid at all costs unless you are prepared for a highly stressful experience.

Drove five hours to visit this bridal…

Drove five hours to visit this bridal store and was really excited about the appointment, only to be completely ignored afterwards. I’ve sent messages and had no response at all, which is honestly so disappointing. Basic communication isn’t a big ask, especially when someone has travelled that far and invested their time and money. The lack of response feels incredibly rude and unprofessional. It also makes me wonder why there’s nowhere obvious to leave reviews other than this . experiences like this definitely deserve to be shared. A simple reply would have gone a long way. Nevertheless found my dream bridal dress elsewhere! I feel like I dodged a bullet by not ordering from Khans of London anyway. I doubt they’d have even got my order right! It is in a small studio, not even a shop which I found strange, not worth visiting.

Everything was bad about this place

Everything was bad about this place. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and I’d like to share my experience so other brides can avoid this. I booked an appointment here thinking I was going to a shop and it looked like a storage room. There was only a man to assist when usually a woman has to help to take measurements and help to assist to try a dress on. The customer service was appalling overall. They’re charging 5k+ for outfits and can’t even afford a changing room. If you would like a bridal dress with good service I don’t recommend this place at all. Also they only have size 6 dresses to try on, the man made me feel so uncomfortable and told me that I wouldn’t be able to fit into any of the dresses, I am usually a size 8/10. He was basically trying to say that I looked fat, and I ended up fitting into the dress that he said I wouldn’t.

A company that "snubs" its customers

I spoke to them regarding two outfits I wanted to source. She told me she would get in touch with the designer and would have an answer within the next few days. I followed up to ask if she had managed to source them, and she told me she had one of the outfits and asked for my size. I provided the size, but I haven’t heard from her since—despite trying to contact her again. She’s now ignoring me, even though she knew I needed the outfits by early August. That’s why I originally wanted to purchase from Khans of London, as the delivery would have been much quicker. I’ve now gone directly to the designers and ordered from them, hoping the outfits arrive on time. I won’t be attempting to purchase from them again.

I attempted to contact Khans of London…

I attempted to contact Khans of London on several occasions, I tried Instagram, E-mail and Whatsapp but they aren’t responsive.

Unless you’re an Influencer, don’t bother attempting to contact KoL for your bridal dress
