Superb customer service. I ordered a gift card which, due to a glitch on my phone, did not arrive. I emailed the company (contact details easily available), got a personal response within 48 hours and they sorted a solution immediately. Delighted.

The owner is so lovely and helpful. The items are high quality with a repair option. If sustainably clothing is something you want this is the brand for you. If cute clothes is what you want well this is also the brand for you.

I have ordered a few times from these guys over the years and I am blown away each time.

Shipping is quick, service impeccable and the clothes are delightful. You can tell the owner Danielle and her partner in crime Bill truly care about making quality clothes affordable and sustainably and they smash it each time.

When ever I have got anything from hissy fit I have never had any problems. Reliable and really good quality for such a good price!! Better then any of the bits I've got from Asos or other Highstreet brands due to the quality.

I’ve been buying from hissyfit for around 2-3 years now and I truly couldn’t recommend them more. They are inclusive, slow fashion and worth every single penny. Any time I’ve ever needed to contact them they always reply promptly and their customer service is amazing! HF is truly an incredible company and Danielle should be proud of what she has built!

I love Hissy Fit for their transparency, and more ethical and sustainable approach to fashion. Would definitely recommend!

Just bought my first hissy fit dress and it's just gorgeous. The fabric and construction are beautiful. The versatility of the neck lines is a real bonus. And for people whose weight fluctuates the corset style dresses are a dream, as they can be loosened or tightened up as needed. And they look slinky as all get out too!!! Quite delivery, great prices. Definitely starting a collection of these dresses!!

Transparency is the name of the game when it comes to combatting fast fashion. Danielle excels in this regard and actually stands on her principles. I genuinely enjoy all of my Hissy Fit pieces; everything is always very well constructed. However, I find their sizing to be quite inconsistent across items, and returns can be a hassle for international customers, so that is a tricky combination. For such a small team, though, I’m impressed with how quickly packages get shipped out and how responsive their customer service is. Thank you for finding a way to make ethical fashion cute and affordable!
