Worst customer service on the planet
Worst customer service on the planet. I've spent at least 60 minutes talking to customer service representatives and supervisors, all of whom were not able to help me. I have a coffee maker that's defective. This is the second one. They're both defective in the same way and as a matter of fact, there's a class action lawsuit against them for the same exact problem that I have. Call them try to get them to replace my defective coffee maker, but they said it was out of warranty and they couldn't replace it. When does a defective product have to do with warranty? They offered me 50% off a coffee maker at their inflated prices and only if I bought it right then. Posted a review on Facebook. They responded and said they'd have somebody get back to me so I supplied my contact information I'm still waiting. Buy the Cuisinart K cup coffee maker it works and last much better and longer.
Terrible customer tech support for…
Terrible customer tech support for Canada. Make a phone call and get referred to a support person who takes several days to email you back then sends your response to an actual tech who takes several more days to send his answer to that person who forwards to you. Most is lost in the translation. Weeks go by with no real answer. Terrible Tech Support!
There is mold in my kurig, I got sick
There is mold in my kurig! I've had it 6 weeks and it is impossible to clean. I wrote and ask for a better machine. Paid $119 to get sick? Nope. I have leukemia. God, I'm upset. Is Kurig trying to kill me?
The machine is one piece, you can't even clean the water reservoir properly.

It died after the first descaling. This is a common problem that others have complained about. When I called Keurig they acted oblivious to this ongoing problem and told me to just buy a new one.
Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service, had an issue with my machine, customer service did a test with me over the phone. Machine was faulty, submitted my serial number and proof of purchase. Received a replacement machine in a few days. Very Happy!
Terrible
Terrible. The absolute worst. Both in terms of warranty and website experience. Won't honor warranty despite it being registered when purchased, still demanding a store receipt almost a year later! Who keeps those laying around? Then you go out and buy another one, register it and attempt to utilize their buy 2 get 2 "deal" and spend three quarter hour going round in circles on their website even with "customer service" on the phone helping you. Finally threw in the towel and gave up.

terrible machine
terrible machine and worst after sales service. we bought two machines in less than 1.5 time. both stopped working. Called customer service twice spend so much time with the agent , got no where. if you do not have your receipt( I even have the original packaging) good luck getting anywhere with them. I provided both machines serial numbers, yet they looked for every angle to twist it and make it hard for you to give up your claim.

Amazing service!!!! I used to buy my coffee from Costco but recently switched to buying directly from the Keurig Canada website. Delivered to my door in 2 days even with a major snowstorm!! Price is the same or better. Had a small problem with one box and they replaced it immediately with an apology. Wonderful experience!!!!
Worst costumer support EVER!!
Recently bought a supreme Keurig and after 3 months it just broke. Now, the problem is I bought from Amazon and since the 3 months had passed I had to contact Keurig costumer support to get a replacement. THE WORST! The lady would not let me speak, they had the white in stock on the website (which was the one I had) but they did not have it in stock for a replacement, they wanted to replace with a grey or black which does not go well in my all white kitchen. Worse costumer service ever!!!!
Very poor product
Warning: Never buy Keurig products! On our second unit in 3 years....after replacing the first unit, the second one has only lasted one year.....this morning the unit will not power on. After attempting all obvious fixes, the power will not not activate.
Fed up with this lousy product and will never buy Keurig products again.

Ordered a K-Cafe Essentials from Walmart which arrived next day. Machine is dead out of the box; won't even do the initial cleanse. Contacted Keurig which asked for a claims form, completed the form but claim denied. Bending over backwards to satisfy their info demands and still no resolution. Claim is "passed on to corporate" and I am supposed to wait for them to reply. In the meantime, I'm out $200!

So my Keurig machine broke before a year was even up making it under "warranty" I called Keurig and they made me send them proof of the purchased machine and stated they would send me a new one. The new machine never arrived. I emailed them again. Machine still hasn't arrived. I give up on Keurig. Very disappointed

Purchased a new Duo Keurig in summer of 2024 that lasted 3 months before the single service stopped working. Major run around trying to get a replacement. Keurig should be sited for false advertising. This needs to stop.

Keurig - you've really slipped - both in quality and in customer service.
I've been a loyal customer since the single serve machines were first introduced. I had my original machines for years without any issues and only ever purchased a new one when I wanted a new one. Over the past 5 years, machine quality has simply gone way downhill.
At one time, I remained loyal to the brand because you had really great customer service who would replace my machines when they didn't meet an acceptable timeline before they burned out. I've had to do this one year in on a new machine for the last two machines. This last machine was 18 months old and it stopped working right at Christmas when I was expecting a house full of guests. I actually dug out a really old machine that I still had, dusted it off, cleaned it out and was able to nurse us through the season with it.
I reached out to Keurig today. I didn't want a replacement for this latest one. I just wanted to talk to customer service and voice my dissatisfaction with the fact that once again, their machine was not working properly after being used to brew one cup a day for a year. It was descaled, cleaned regularly and well maintained and I used filtered water in it for brewing. Customer service read through their script and offered me a small discount off of a new machine (but only on one that wasn't already on sale).
Today, I divorced Keurig and went with another brand. I could understand if the machines were several years old and simply wore out but I won't put my hard earned money towards a machine that might last one year or maybe a year and a half. Sad to see for a once great company. People just don't have the money today to have to continuously replace appliances.
Customer service is completely useless…
Customer service is completely useless and incompetent. On Nov 29, I placed an order for a Keriug duo coffee maker and two boxes of coffee pots, at this date I have no received an email confirming shipping or the status, I have called customer service EIGTH different times and no one has been able to provide any useful information. I'm extremely upset with the service and I no longer want the product, but no one is helping. This company sucks big time.
Unacceptable Customer Service
If I was able, I would rate them a zero. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I have yet to have someone get back to me in a timely manner to have a simple discussion regarding a discontinued product.
I have made several attempts for a return call, to no avail.

11 days after warranty expired
One year and 11 days after I purchased the K-Supreme it quit working. Made 2 cups of coffee in the morning and went to use it in the afternoon and it won’t turn on. Followed all the trouble shooting suggestions on the website which didn’t help and then called Customer Service. The only solution was to offer me 35% off a purchase of another one of their products. Even with the discount why would I invest in a product that lasts just past the warranty date. Sad that Keurig has such little faith in their product the warranty only lasts a years. It appears that so many of today’s products are built to fail after a short time due to greed of big companies wanting more profits from people constantly replacing items poorly made. This is one of the reasons landfills are so full.

Horrible coffee machine and even worse customer service. My keurig stopped working after owning it for less than a year. I contacted the company and they have been extremely rude and won't help me in anyway. They keep telling me to review the trouble shooting manual (even though the machine is fully broken). I have contacted the company multiple times and keep getting the same response.

My sister purchased Keurig duo in 2019. Stored it in house until she needed it, just opened it for company coming and the pump will not spit out water. I know it’s been awhile but brand new! Customer service would do nothing. Wondered what kind of water we used, lol. Offered a 20% off coupon. Would never purchase keurig again.
