I really like the Keurig Duo, except for the design flaw.
I really like the Keurig Duo, but there is a major design flaw.
When you remove the K-cup it leaves quite a bit of coffee ground on the piercing needles. If you want to use the machine after making a coffee for just hot water for a tea or something else you get all that leftover coffee ground in your cup of hot water.
Last time I buy keurig.
After descaling and following all the recommended procedures it didnt even last 2 years.. absolutely terrible. A coffee maker should last 5 years minimum.. never buying keurig again.

DO NOT BUY KEURIG COFFEE MACHINES. POOR quality and lousy customer service. have a Kpod Supreme that was already…
I have a Kpod Supreme that was already After emails back and forth I called technical support and they said they needed coffee maker to trouble shoot. Temperature sensor went twice and was reset with same issue. No offer of replacement or discount.
Fast Fashion of Big name Coffee Makers
I took it out of the boxing October 2025 to use. It lasted until January. It started to fizzle than completely stopped working. I called keurig which was no help because it was over a year old even though I explained I literally took it out imof the box 5 months ago. The kicker my red one same type bought a month apart also went! There has to be a class action suit against this product. A big name of fast fashion coffee makers.
Keurig is the appliance needed to buy over and over
Keurig is the number 1 pod type coffee maker appliance in the country. Yet, they only last 2 -3 years at best.
During their short life span they work well, until they don't.
The earlier models lasted longer, but with the small/compact models with smaller water reservoirs that are less money, the quality has deteriorated. Unfortunately we will need to continue purchasing this appliance.
Low Quality Product
I bought the Keirug K-Cafe Essential Coffee Maker, it stopped working after 3 weeks, I returned it and bought the Keirug K-Supreme. I brought the Keirug K-Supreme home and right out of the box it would only brew about 2 ounces of coffee, not a full cup and the coffee wasn't hot, I exchanged it for the same model, brought it home and had the same issue right out of the box, this was a brand new coffee maker.
DO NOTPURCHASE
$110 and didn't even last a month. Don't buy Keurig absolute garbage products.
Year old failure!
After descaling my one year old Duo, it then stopped brewing pods. I called customer service, spent 40 minutes trying to explain my problem. Definitely a language barrier. Then I wrote an email to the company asking for help. No response. Such a waste!
Won't buy another one
This is the second keurig supreme plus I have purchased. The first one started leaking just after a year and now the second one won't turn on, also just had it over a year. Won't buy another one!
My Keurig is not even 2 years old.
My Keurig is not even 2 years old.
The machine has a problem hearing up and therefore will not despence the water to brew the beverage.
Sometimes it does heat up and still won't dispence the beverage
And other times (1/8 times) it actually does work
.Keurig customer service has been beyond useless to help me, I xludonf not listening to the words I'm saying
My.kwjeog has been acting up.Like this for several weeks now
.even a descling and cleaning kit won't make it work (more money I've spent on this POS)
Ordered new coffee maker
Ordered new coffee maker, discovered it was $ 25 cheaper somewhere else. Keurig could not do anything. Wanted to sent bought, unopened parcel back, asked for a return label. They will "escalate" the problem and someone will call me within 24-48 hours.
The representative was very kind, but couldn't help me. Horrible Customer Service. Keurig should learn from Amazon.
Sent coffee pods without order
I had a recurring coffee order with them that I discontinued in July 2023. Never even logged in to their account. All of a sudden they reactivated my order and sent me $70 worth of coffee pods! I had to login after 2+ years just to check what happened. Called their customer care and they said I can’t return and can’t get a refund! This is outrageous!
Find another brand.......
I was gifted a Keurig slim 18 months ago. I use it specifically for hot water (I don't drink coffee - only tea) and the occasional coffee when visitors are over. I used it less than once a day. It doesn't dispense the right amount of water (3 selections; 8, 10 and 12oz). It only dispenses 6 oz. I have tried descaling the machine several times. I have contacted customer service and was told there isn't anything they can do other than give 35% off of another machine at regular price. I find it rather insulting considering they go on sale regularly for that price. I told them to keep the credit. It's a big expense to buy a unit to get hot water for 18 months. Will not purchase Keurig again. There are better brands out there.
Descaling burns out the machine
Had no problem descaling first 2 times, 3rd time, machine power went off and never could turn it back on. After reading reviews, this happens all the time, machine not even one year old, however, can't locate receipt so i'm out of luck. This one was the Supreme so it wasn't cheap, will never buy another one, yes, they do sound like they have never heard this before, told her maybe start reading your reviews as it's happening with many units..
My Keurig stopped working after 6…
My Keurig stopped working after 6 months, I contacted Keurig and they diagnosed the problem over the phone and stated I still was under warranty and sent me a new machine and 2 boxes of pods. It only took a week and I got everything as promised way to go Keurig!!!!!
Worst customer service on the planet
Worst customer service on the planet. I've spent at least 60 minutes talking to customer service representatives and supervisors, all of whom were not able to help me. I have a coffee maker that's defective. This is the second one. They're both defective in the same way and as a matter of fact, there's a class action lawsuit against them for the same exact problem that I have. Call them try to get them to replace my defective coffee maker, but they said it was out of warranty and they couldn't replace it. When does a defective product have to do with warranty? They offered me 50% off a coffee maker at their inflated prices and only if I bought it right then. Posted a review on Facebook. They responded and said they'd have somebody get back to me so I supplied my contact information I'm still waiting. Buy the Cuisinart K cup coffee maker it works and last much better and longer.
Terrible customer tech support for…
Terrible customer tech support for Canada. Make a phone call and get referred to a support person who takes several days to email you back then sends your response to an actual tech who takes several more days to send his answer to that person who forwards to you. Most is lost in the translation. Weeks go by with no real answer. Terrible Tech Support!
There is mold in my kurig, I got sick
There is mold in my kurig! I've had it 6 weeks and it is impossible to clean. I wrote and ask for a better machine. Paid $119 to get sick? Nope. I have leukemia. God, I'm upset. Is Kurig trying to kill me?
The machine is one piece, you can't even clean the water reservoir properly.
How are these pieces of disgusting grossness allowed to be sold?
It died after the first descaling
It died after the first descaling. This is a common problem that others have complained about. When I called Keurig they acted oblivious to this ongoing problem and told me to just buy a new one.
