This is the best thing I've ever found for keto. Keeps it simple, fast, inexpensive, and can be followed even with a full schedule. It's everything we want in a meal plan, and super affordable too. I think this would benefit anyone who tries it

First week in and l am enjoying the easy recipes and the variety of foods. The menu and recipes are clear and easy to read.

The meal plans to start me off in the right direction, plus the exercises given to me.
My weight loss has been just over a stone and feeling so much better in myself.

The keto custom plan is something I use to bring my weight back on course as it works! The whole menu plan is easy to follow and all nutritional needs are calculated. The meals are tasty and easy to make. Highly recommended!

So as a beginner keto dieter I tried looking up info and trying by myself. I jotted down everything I ate daily, even weighing all food, but after almost 2 weeks, i was feeling tired and kind of weak and couldn't understand why. I started looking online and came across another keto app which I used for a week but it wasn't for me and the meals they were giving me are things I'd never eat. Then i came across ketocustomplan and decided to give it a shot. Right from them asking which foods i like or dislike was a great sign. It really was feeling custom. I also loved the options for add ONS, and each add on was explained thoroughly. I'm less than a week in, but have seen tremendous progress, I've she'd some weight and i feel great and energized and have enjoyed 99% of the meals! I feel with this plan it's definitely something I can't stick to for the long haul

This was exactly what I have been needing and searching for. I've wasted so much money buying keto books and not getting anywhere. This site has given me some really good recipes and even helped spruce up my cooking skills. :) Well worth the money and love the entire process!

I am just beginning, so this will be a short review. Just want others to know the meal plans are not complicated and easy to follow. It does not require running to the store for products that you have never use. At the end of the first 28 days, I will be able to tell you more about the ease of following the plan.

Lost 5lb in my first week even though I was having painful fibroid problems .Headaches eased off now and feel free of cravings esp carbs .This 54yr old is impressed.

This plan is the only plan that my husband and I can follow easily and actually get results. The food recipes are great, since I was able to pick out all the food I like. I notice that when I am on this diet plan, I feel good and I don't feel full and I can tell I have more energy and I and my husband just feel different in a really good way. I really appreciate this plan and the exercise is short but you feel the "burn" and you feel like you really accomplished something. For me, that is a big deal. If I had any issues it would be that I am not a huge fan of the cooking. I feel like I'm in the kitchen cooking and measuring constantly. But if that is the only price I have to pay to lose weight and feel really good, then I can suck it up and take it. Thank you!

Easy to use great food everything u need to keep on track I have lost 20kg over 2 years using keto on and of during each year.best thing is tge food is yummy 😋

It is so easy to use and the recipe’s are delicious. Some I don’t care for, but they are so easy to replace. I have lost 10 pounds in a week and a half.
