- you can choose ingredients you don't like
-fairly easy to follow
- exercise plan is great
Negatives
- they did try and take 2 lots of money, fortunately my bank stopped the second attempt
- very samey meals. I don't ever want to eat another courgette, steak or bell pepper sandwich again!
- not all instructions make sense
- very limited veg/salad incorporated, some nights literally just a steak for tea
- zero follow up
- no adjusting the plan once its created

We are sorry to learn about the negatives with the plan and that you saw two charge attempts. There's only one attempt and payment on our records. We did not try to charge you twice.
If an account statement shows multiple charges for the same order, this means your financial institution set the funds on hold until the transaction settles. However, you will be charged only once and the duplicate will drop off your pending payment lists, it will not be posted. Authorization holds are a usual occurrence with banks and payment processors, they are not under our control.
We can certainly adjust your plan once created and are always happy to help out when aware of any problems. You can always reach us via email: support@ketocustomplan.com We usually reply within 24 hours and many times, within the hour.
Please check your account, we have made you a new plan that addresses the concerns you shared. We have also sent you an email so you can let us know if you want any other changes made. A bit disappointed
I purchased this meal plan today because I started back on keto June 14th and I'm not losing as I did before.I'm in ketosis and eating about 1100 calories a day. I did keto 4 years ago and lost 75 lbs in 6 months. I was shocked to see the amount of calories per day, over 1500, using this plan. If I eat that many calories I will be gaining weight regardless of what I'm eating. The menu looks good and I will use the recipes but following the plan is not going to help me lose weight.

Makes keto easier!
Love the fact that I can incorporate meals that fit into what I'm used to. Like that I can access it whenever I'm ready. The little tips and exercise routines are great as well. Simply awesome!

Affordable, Energizing, and Customizable!!
I like that this is affordable and customizable to each person you can take off certain foods all together and don't have to worry about eating a meal with a ingredient your not sure you want to eat. The meals are delicious. They do however take a decent amount of prep time but they are filling and very do-able. I haven't been doing this for even a whole week and I already feel my mind is clearer, I have more energy, I'm not bloated, and I have lost 9lbs I couldn't believe it, it shocked me. I am motivated to stick with it, and get to into a healthier more fit physical me.

Love this Keto plan! I love that the plan comes with a menu with easy meal prep, and you can customize what you want in the plan. I use the Keto Boost which helps give me plenty of energy, as well as the Keto Cleanse which is helpful on occasion to help with the occasional bloat. I also noticed that following the menu plan leaves me satisfied and not hungry, and curbs my sweet tooth. I began KetoCustonPlan on April 1st, and I'm down 28 pounds! This plan is easy to stick to because the results are incredible! THANK YOU KETO CUSTOM PLAN!!!
