Excellent customer sevice
I reached out to Kent and Stoweas my trusted garden spade had broken.
The customer services agent Cathy was amazing, having seen the photos I sent,she arranged for some vouchers to be sent to me to the value of a new spade plus delivery costs and I had my new spade within a week of first speaking to her.

The perfect size
Very quick delivery. Well packed. Perfect size for me. Neighbours have passed comments on looks and use by users who have not got the strength and ability to use large heavy spades, forks etc.

Little disappointed in delivery service…
Little disappointed in delivery service said 2/3days it was over 3weeks I under stand it wasn’t k&s but it was the delivery service they use,they did send a new product when they confirmed it was on way back apart from that would say good customer service. Thanks

Customer service is great. I contacted them whilst my garden tool was still under guarantee, sent photos of the issue and was pleasantly surprised to be informed that a replacement would be dispatched immediately....what great service !

Very happy with the hose reel
Very happy with the hose reel. Product feels nice sturday and was easy to mount to the wall, The hose connecters are the best I have ever used. It would be nice if the wall mounts were stainless steel also rather than powder coated and a small improvement would be a lower bar wall mount to aide reeling it in when its fixed to the wall.
