Poor communication and don’t reply messages

Worked for there sister company, franchise - they created false candidates and invoiced them to make money on Bug clients - I have witnesses ex employees. And when you raise a grievance a legitimate one, they false records to favor the franchise Fraudulent Owner / Director.
They are racist, and also against and have not paid into my pension money, yet deducted it - as they own a payroll provider nor FCA regulated Beware - This is FRAUD they all reviews on here are from friends and family, Internal staff so fake - This was 09/2018 you need to know all this though.

Started with Kenect in February 2024, honest opinion it’s a great agency to work for.
Paul at Doncaster office wasted no time in finding me work, a rare thing these days, as agencies tend to take more drivers on than they have the work for.
Unfortunately I’ve left now for full time employment and security, even though I felt secure at Kenect. Agency work doesn’t come with total job security and I need to earn.
So to all at Kenect Doncaster thank you it’s been great working alongside you all.

Big shout out to Kirsty and the team at Wakefield branch, been working at hovis through these guys for 16 weeks temp to perm and I can honestly say they are the best bunch I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for, very helpful, very professional always on hand, respond straight away to any query’s, wages there every week without fail and no issues

When I was offered the opportunity I had been struggling for work for months . Kennect gave me the opportunity to get my life back on track. the wages always came on time. Even when I had a period where there wasn’t any work the second the work was back I was brought straight back in . Good communication and I would highly advise anyone needing work to give them a call I was very happy with my time with this agency and would always use them again if ever needed in the near future .

Good agancey with lots of work you can get decent hours pending on client
Work is varied from class 1 to van also hiab sadly no tanker or tipper work hopefully there's new contacts available

Paul is very experienced and attentive in his role. He is my number one when I need anything especially last minute when I need the drivers most. Fast and responsive via text, email and on call. Highly recommend.

What a shambles this agency is. Advertise false rates, make you go through all the online form etc then to tell you your rates are £11:75 for night shift for 12 hours even though they advertised for £24:76 for over 40 hours.. waste of time, absolutely full of it: robbers

And after this I'm already for free weeks trying to make them pay for my 40 hours of very hard work on half of my emails they not even answering they just ignoring me maybe anybody have any advice what can I do about that!!! KENECT you have to pick up your standards and you have to choose people who work for you better or give them a better training how to communicate with people!!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better agency to work for, Ray is super responsive and will always prioritise helping you out. Pay was always on time and I never had any issues with holiday. Ray goes above and beyond for you which sets them apart from any other agency I’ve worked for. I can’t recommend highly enough if you’re looking for a professional agency where you’re still treated as a human.
