I just purchased a 71 Reg Kia Niro all electric motor yesterday. It was a very pleasant experience . Logan the sales executive was very considerate and pleasant. He was never “pushy “ and explained all the details of ownership of a EV car. We had a test drive and he explained all the important details of driving a EV Car. Then once we got back we talked about the finance side of the the car and was amicably agreed by all parties after bargaining from both sides.After the handover of the keys the Stevenage branch assistant manager Barry asked us if everything was fine and if there was any issues!.
Overall the dealership was very good and are very professional.

I recently visited Kia Harlow and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mihai on the service department. I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment we arrived, he was excellent, attentive, and extremely helpful.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems happy to help, but Mihai’s positive attitude made the whole process seamless and stress-free. He took the time to listen to our needs and ensured everything was handled with care. If you’re heading to Kia Harlow service team , definitely ask for Mihai—he is a true credit to the service department and was very knowledgeable about the other cars in the Kia range I was interested in looking at.

More of a 4.5 than a true 5 but you cant fault the customer service
Let's face it noone wants their car to breakdown but when my Kia EV6 did, the service desk staff at Ken Brown Stevenage bent over backwards to try and get my car booked in, diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible
Kerry's friendly demeanor and honesty are reassuring and leave you in no doubt where you stand, which is refreshing.
The part that was needed was on backorder and took 4 weeks to arrive but Chris and Martin kept me up to date and in the end the part arrived some weeks earlier than was expected and the firmware was updated for me as well.
The car was returned to me clean although my only grumble is that the contents of my glovebox weren't replaced and was stewn all around car and under the back seats, additionally, either the front facia or the hazard light switch doesn't seem to have been re-fitted properly as it now sits behind the facia.
Although, I'm sure this will be rectified when I take the car in for a service in a couple of months.
All in all though very impressed by the level of customer care given by Ken Brown

Bought a Kia ceed pro had a issue with a paint repair which should have been prior to delivery
It wasn’t and we had to sort it out! Ken brown did event pay after weeks of asking.
The bigger issue is the car did not get serviced
Prior to delivery so 5 months on we have just had it done at Kia knersborough at a cost of £300 worst thing is Advisory for 4 tires £600

Bought a car from them around 14 months ago.
The engine management light came on after 2 months.
Since then they have had the car in and out half a dozen times. Every time after a few days the warning light comes back on. In total they have had my car for 4 months trying to fix the problem.
They have given me two options. Either keep bringing the car in or they will buy the car off me for second hand trade in price which according to the Parker guide means I could lose out on £5k of the £12.5k I paid for it. And that’s only if I buy another car from them.
I would be fine if they just swap the car for an equivalent but they rejected that.
