Having arrived for my new sunglasses while trying them on I was very unsure if I was happy with them. As they are varifocle it takes a while to be sure, Kelly's opticians were more than happy for me to take them away to trial them fir a few days. Such great service and I always feel comfortable going in there.

Have been attending Kelly Eyecare in Ringwood for many years and, as always, the staff are friendly and welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, with no hard selling when it comes to selecting frames. The eye test is thorough and everything was explained and I was made to feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the Dispensing Opticians and the Receptionists are always friendly. Would fully recommend Kelly Eyecare.

Eye test was carried out by Gareth Watson who was prepared to listen to my description of symptoms, and was extremely thorough in his testing. He also summed up the results and a plan of action in a succinct and comprehensible way, which instilled confidence. Would highly recommend.

I had an eye test with Michelle. She explained the tests and the results in layman’s terms, so I left with a clear understanding of how healthy my eyes are. Michelle was very professional and courteous. During the same visit, my spectacles were adjusted by Tracey. Tracey was also very professional and courteous. The lady at the reception desk was very welcoming. Visiting Kelly Eyecare is a very pleasant experience.

I have been attending Kelly Eye Care in Winton for many years and have every confidence in them. They are very professional and friendly too, I always feel at ease. Eye test is very thorough and I take advantage of the eye scan. I appreciate being talked through the results. Any issues arising are dealt with. Never had any problems with prescribed verifocal lenses and there is a good choice of frames. Highly recommend Kelly Eye Care for a professional caring service.
