Excellent service I got an appointment in a couple of days expert care received I would highly recommend the practice

I went to Bay to get a second opinion on what the problem was with my bad foot, having had pain for 3 months now.

Steve was very thorough , examining my sore foot and confirming the Plantar Fasciitis diagnosis I had been given initially had been the correct one.

I was very pleased that Steve explained the physiology of the problem to me and how to tackle it in order to heal the foot. There was no issue of my condition necessitating more visits and expensive treatment at this juncture - a period of limiting putting a strain on for my foot combined with short exercises has been recommended....and only if these do not sort out the problem will more extensive in house treatment using sound therapy and possibly a steroid injection might be advisable.

Steve and Rob are just fantastic. Not only are they good at what they do and very knowledgable, they are also such approachable and kind people. My 15 year old son had an ingrown toenail and was in lots of pain with it. He was seen straight away for a consultation, then had a procedure that now means he’s pain free and able to continue his academy football. Cannot recommend Bay Podiatry enough!
