I was underweight when I went in to donate. I know it's a policy , but a fat insensitive employee brushed off that I had no gas to get home. She was insensitive to my situation and uncaring. I will publish her ame next time I go in. I'm drug free and a grandfather of seven children. I shouldn't have been treated the way she did, even if I was a homeless person. I have to go back because the economy is terrible, but on that same token, everyone is there for that very same reason. Learn to respect people! The only black female there w a s completely sympathetic toy situation though.

KEDPlasma operates like BioPlasma in that they intentionally reject donors because of to much workload. If they have to many donors, they will simply fail them. The front staff are clueless on policies and procedures. They arrogant staf are the nurses who think their real nurses. They are proud to show off their lack of professional practices.

Treating donors like trash will get you into serious trouble. Just like the previous post said, it's a matter of time when we sue you for your policies and procedures. You do not know how to talk to people and your answers are always misleading. West Commerce Estrella needs an attitude adjustments.

I dealt with these issues from nurse nasty and I am glad I didn't have the Phlebotomist bruise my arm or something worse. You have been outed, shape up or get out. Kedplasma is better suited providing Mortician services.

Stay away from KedPlasma and stay healthy.
