I was seriously let down by this woman…

I was seriously let down by this woman when I discovered after a verbal agreement of 12 weeks and 2 sessions a week, that it was only 12 sessions, and I had already paid £1000.00. This meant that I was paying £83/ hour for a lesson that was good, but most definitely not worth £83. She pulled the wool over my eyes, and seems to have no scruples at all. If you get one to one lessons with this 'coach' for less than £83 please leave a message. Her studio, is freezing cold and she struggles to put her heating on, nor does she provide any materials which are generally included. All in All a bad experience. I felt so disappointed and let down by this woman.
