easy order, easy install appointment, installer very friendly and detail orientated. I dropped off truck for install at 9:00 am expecting to pick up next day. It was ready at 3:00pm the same day. Only without my truck a few hours and that meant a lot. My installers where very professional and friendly.

Product quality and fit

Feels and smells like a whole new truck again. Great fit. Great quality. Factory, if not better than finish. 100% satisfied.

We loved our leather seats for the first year but in year two just after our warranty expired the back seat developed a crack in one side and now the other seat has split as well. The seats are now uncomfortable to sit on and so I have duct tape on my three year old car. (Update) Katzkin reached out to us about our plight, we sent in photos of the leather coming apart at the seams and they honored their warranty with it being less than 3 years, even though we were over the mile threshold and replaced our middle row that was falling apart. We truly appreciate them working to correct a bad situation. Kudos to Katzkin on this one.

A Great product. The installation was excellent, which is a testimony to the quality and craftmanship on the part of Katzkins. Got exactly what I wanted. Very easy to work with staffing, even with a last minute change on my part. Custom with factory quality for a third the price. Will certainly do business with again.

My experience with the Katzkin team been nothing but great! Ordering was a breeze down to the final install. John Ferrell from the design team had everything scheduled and built for me. And the finished product was exactly what I wanted with the custom stitching and the exact color. Couldn’t be more happy with the whole process. Now I’m considering to do my other cars so I will be returning to get more work done.

I knew I wanted Katzkin interior but Karla G. made the process so smooth and effortless for me. The online seat cover design is great, but there’s so much more they offer! I was able to get a custom headrest design and the designers made it perfect. Then once it got to the installer they were also fantastic! Absolutely love my design and will definitely look at getting them for our other car.

The customer service was great. The product was great quality. The process was very smooth and fast from start to finish.

Had a choice between Katzskins and their main competitor to upgrade the interior of my 2023 Camaro. Glad I used Katzskins. I worked with Susan and she was extremely helpful. She took my ideas and after a few iterations came up with and interior that exceeded my expectations on my Camaro and came in at less than I thought it could and in full leather which is and option they now have. I was then able to work their installer Maumee Trim and Upholstery to complete the rest of the interior also under what I thought it would cost. They were also very accommodating and highly recommended. Their price per yard of extra material is extremely reasonable at $10 a yard so it’s definitely smart to order extra to finish the interior properly. I’m very pleased with how the whole experience went and love the way my car looks now.

Leather is great but install company was not. I have to take it back for the second mistake they made.

When I purchased a new vehicle that had cloth covered seats I asked if they could be replaced. Katzkin was recommended as the best possible replacement. After the work was completed I was amazed at how perfect they are. The quality of the leather and the installation far exceeded my expectations! I am extremely pleased. Thank you.

Initial installment was not satisfactory and the dealership had to escalate to a supervisor to return to have fixed. Had to wait extra days to get vehicle back due to this issue. Leather not as tight as if it came from manufacturer but overall looks good after second attempt.

Fantastic new look for my Ram 1500 interior. I'm super satisfied with Katzkin and their leather product!

The color selection was very important to me because my car is gold and the base interior is dark brown using the maze and mahogany was an ideal combination. The installer in Columbus is well known as a quality company. The work that was done was very professional and complete. I look forward to enjoying this in my daily driver for several years.
