I was tired of the boring, black, soft tex seats in my 2022 RAV4 XSE. I spoke to Jan at Katzkin. Jan was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and professional person I could imagine. I now have a vibrant, RED Leather interior, of the most amazing material. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Katzkin.

This is our third experience with Katzkin leather and each time we have been delighted with the results.

I was pleasantly surprised and please with my order. I can’t say enough about this great purchase that I made.

Very poor customer service. I asked three times for the name of the shop they intended to use. They said they would let me know after the charge, if I had any issues with who they selected they would give me a refund. I didn’t care for any of the shop options and asked for a refund. I was then called by yet another (4th) person trying to convince me not to cancel. I continued to ask to cancel because I didn’t want my vehicle in a poor service shop. Then when further pressing for a refund it’s now a matter of several days.

I had a few questions on there interiors for my zl1, supra & CT5-V since i didn’t see them as an option on the website. I got all of my questions answered, mind you i called at 7:00pm est!!! Definitely great customer service and good interior as well have yellow interior on my 10th gen civic and it looks amazing!

(Edited to add: Katzkin has had such great follow through in communicating with me regarding my experience. Impressed with their compassion and customer service.) The seats turned out beautifully! Quality work and beautiful product. The Katzkin team and the installers were both easy to get in touch with. The only thing I (originally) downgraded for, was that there were a couple communication errors between the installers and Katzkin. Because of this, I ended up having to make multiple trips to get my install completed. This was 1 hour and 15 mins one way for me, so in total, I had 5 hours (more because traffic) to get the install done. Also, one of the last parts of the install was done in the incorrect color. I am confident Katzkin would have rectified this, but I was happy with the result and decided to keep it as is. Plus, I really did not want another few days without my car and 2.5 more hours of travel time. If the process could have been completed correctly in one trip, I would have definitely given 5 stars. The interior and product are amazing. Also, the communication between Katzkin and I was always very quick and easy.

I was truly impressed with the whole process. From buying the product to the installation I was treated with courtesy and respect. The installation was superior and the facility was clean and organized. I truly enjoyed my experience with Katzkin and would 110% recommend them.

Great commination thru the process of selecting and ordering the product. Seat came out great and everything was completed faster than expected

After searching all over for a replacement drivers seat bottom cover, No one had one, and the dealer was no help is finding one either. I called Katzkin and what a wonderful experience it was. I had my entire interior replaced in leather, and I love it. It looks great. Hat's off to Josh at Trim Tech in Albany Ga. Brother, you did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Katzkin covers and to put the icing on the cake, have Trim Tech install them

Great looking product. Feels like quality

Best product and customer service. I have had these covers in my every day truck for the last 3 years in the Florida heat . They last they look great and Katzkin stands behind their products every time . Thank you for the best product and customer service !

First off, I want to say, that I don't know if it's the quality of the product or the installers but since Katzkin forces the installation location, it's all on them. I had their real leather covers installed in my 2018 F250. Immediately after installation (same day) I noticed that the leather was very loose in certain areas. I called and was told it needs to cure for 6-8 weeks and to call back....which I did. They sent a replacement set which was installed today (04/16/2025). Upon inspecting I raised the issue to the installer that it was still pinched and loose in certain areas on the front seats. They directed me to contact Katzkin, which I did and was told I would get a call back tomorrow. I saw a lot of great reviews prior to purchasing and decided to invest in a quality product. It has been nothing but disappointment. I will say that the ladies at Katzkin are a pleasure to deal with but, $3200 for a "true factory fit" that has fallen short drastically, is extremely disappointing. If I had the original cloth, I would pull this subpar product out and send it back, but now I'm stuck with disappointment everytime I get into my truck. There is nothing that resembles a "true factory fit" about these covers in my experience.

Great quality leather

I've never looked into custom leather interior before. Katzkin came to mind after seeing it occasionally in vehicles over the years. My new car had no leather option so I gave them a call. From start to finish, everyone was very helpful in assisting dialing my custom design in. They set me up with my nearest installer, who did the job phenomenally, in a quick and painless manner. To everyone at Katzkin and my installer - YOU ROCK!
Plus the leather feels great, looks great, smells great. If you're one who is on the fence about getting real leather for your vehicle, this is the place to get it from hands down no question. Don't resort to buying universal covers. Do it right with these guys. You can't go wrong!

Roy was amazing to work with! He guided me on colors and designs that would work best for my Bronco Raptor. Greta quality seats, This is the second set of seats I get from Katzkin and def not the last!
