Very poor support; you wait all day for answers to your questions. They don't answer other questions at all.
Cards
The card works however and whenever it wants; they refer to the fact that it is a high-risk category, even though the store is a very ordinary one with a very ordinary terminal. The PIN code doesn't work at all; it is impossible to withdraw money from an ATM.
Conclusion
I do not recommend this service if you don't want to waste your nerves constantly searching for solutions and dealing with rejected transactions.

For PIN/ATM issues, there are a few common fixes we can safely share here (without getting into anything account-specific or sensitive):
1) Reset your card PIN in the app
Open the KAST app → Cards → select your card → More → Set/Change PIN. After you set a new PIN, try an ATM withdrawal again (some ATMs can take a little time to recognize an updated PIN).
2) Make sure you’re using a 4‑digit ATM PIN (not a passcode)
ATMs typically require a 4‑digit card PIN. If the PIN length/format doesn’t match what the ATM expects, it can fail even if your balance is fine.
3) ATM declines can happen even when the card is OK
Some withdrawals fail due to the specific ATM/bank network, local restrictions, or how the ATM requests authorization. If one ATM declines, trying a different bank’s ATM often helps.

Their withdrawal system is fake. They keep talking but you never receive your money. Instead, they lie, delay, and eventually ignore your messages.
They took money I was supposed to send to my sister. They promised same-day delivery, but after **two weeks** I’m still getting excuses and lies. No withdrawal, no solution, no real support.
Avoid this service. They are not trustworthy and will waste your time and money

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I bought the founders edition card after asking if they can operate in my region. They said yes. They were very communicative when buying the card. Then they shut down use of the card after 3 weeks and then completely stopped responding to anything about ly funds or getting money back for my card. Don’t put ur money in this.

Very slow service with a lot of…
Very slow service with a lot of arbitrary obstructions, contrary to their promise of "hassle-free global banking." Pros: the app is simple and easy to use and they allow you to send stablecoins with reasonable fees, but they make the process difficult at every point and they can act arbitrarily to pause or review a transaction or even to block your account for no reason. I have no idea if the people in customer service I'm dealing with are bots or real. They are abrupt and not very helpful. Payments to other wallets can take several hours to go through and they can review and pause them for more than 24 hours at any time for no reason. They have also asked for sensitive identity details from payees, and even with this info, they have held up payments to these verified payees. They recently blocked my account for declined transactions even though I had no declined transactions for months, and I think only one or two total. They asked me to provide evidence but then since they had blocked my account I couldn't. Yet another example of a service that advertises itself as a solution to all life's problems but is actually a way to make money off people with low overheads, poor customer service and Kafkaesque back-end decision-making, probably AI-assisted. If you're looking for a service that's easy and relatively cheap, it's good, but if you want less hassle and "a smooth global banking experience" it's definitely not what they advertise.

KAST is the most functional card I've ever had. I can top it up with crypto, stablecoins and Pix in Brazil. So I have plenty of options to add balance. Also, I can send money all over the world and spend in every country or website. The interface is easy and clean. I never needed support but I heard from friends that it's awesome and quick!

KAST CARD FEE HARVESTING SCAM
They use bots to do hat is eventually called fee harvesting. I had an unexpected transaction declined and before I could send funds to my card, they started their bot to repeatedly retry the transaction and fraudulently generate refusal fees. In a few hours, their bot sent me almost 400 emails and app notifications. I could barely use my phone, it would not stop ringing. Then I realized I was being scammed and removed the card as means of payment for the merchant that originally charged the card and sent me a single email notification of payment failure, as honest merchants do. These guys are professional scammers, don't use this card1

STAY AWAY. THIS IS A TRAP.
I am writing this to save you from a financial nightmare. Kast.xyz engages in what feels like predatory, illegal business practices. I sent a tiny test transaction of just $1 to my USD virtual account, and they instantly hit me with a secret $2 fee.
They didn't just take my dollar; they forced my account into a negative balance. This is a dangerous red flag. If I had sent a larger amount, I could have lost everything to undisclosed fees. They are not transparent, and they will charge you whatever they want without warning.
Support is useless and irresponsible. Do not risk your hard-earned money here—you have been warned.

Depending on the funding method, network, and your account/region, certain transfers can incur processing fees, and in some cases a fee can be charged even if the incoming amount is very small. A negative balance can happen when fees are assessed against a low-value transfer.

My account was blocked by KAST for a “security issue” and I’m stuck waiting with two refunds (total $269.70) in limbo. I sent ID, proof of address, and screenshots. All I get back are generic replies—no explanation, no steps, no ETA. This experience erodes trust. Customers deserve transparent reasons and a concrete timeline, not silence while our money is inaccessible.

I signed up on the Kast App, did the KYC and deposited USDT to activate my account on the Solana network.
I waited over an hour and nothing was reflecting on Kast.
I contacted Kast with my registered phone number, but I kept getting replies from a bot that they would not deal with me because I had to contact them via a registered number.
Pretty sure it’s a scam.
