I returned my item on 20th May over 3…

I returned my item on 20th May over 3 weeks ago and within the return cut off time. I’ve emailed saying it says it’s being held at there local delivery office and that they posted a grey card on 30th May about a surcharge to pay. Obviously they probably have chucked this card away as it’s ’past’ there return timescale and is why I’m getting no response but I’ve emailed twice and heard nothing bad so as of now they haven’t received my parcel to refund me and I can not get the parcel back to try re sell on and I am getting no response about this grey card which it says I need the exact information which is on it to be able to pay this surcharge to get this delivered. Obviously it’s 9th June now so 10 days since they would have received this card which I am sure will have just been chucked away. I’ve now lost over £60 for a dress I returned back within the cut off time. I paid 48 tracked over £3.00 to return so don’t understand this surcharge and I can’t get it returned to me either as they have got the grey card with all details on. You don’t get any customer response as I’ve emailed a few times. Wouldn’t recommend as basically chucked £60 plus postage away

Faulty Item and no response

Fast delivery but unfortunately received a faulty item which has been labelled incorrectly as wasn’t the correct size compared to same item in a different colour. I have tried to contact the company multiple times on different platforms and had no response from them in over a week to rectify the issue and now having to pay extra money to sort it out even though it was their mistake. They should have an online chat available where get put through to the team in which they have to reply if necessary like other shops

Worst customer service

Worst customer service

Took 10 days to arrive, I emailed their customer service team and received no response.

The bikinis do not fit so I needed to return, I was confused as to why I didn’t receive a return label so I emailed and again no reply. Noticed they also took money off the return amount as a ‘handling fee’ although I still had to take the items to the post office and pay for the return myself…. Would not order again and do not recommend.

avoid if you want them to arrive before your holiday

Almost 6 weeks since I ordered and I am still yet to receive anything.

Have been told on 2 occasions my items would be shipped the next week and they have still not arrived.

I have now had to dispute the payment with my bank considering their products are pricey. Would avoid.

absolutely love the swimwear from this company! as a bigger bust smaller waist girlie its so hard to find cute swimwear that actually fits nicely but this company has given me both 💖💖

Customer service doesn’t exist with…

Customer service doesn’t exist with this ‘company’. Ordered the grey yoga set 1st April and still haven’t received it as of 8th May nor have I received any reply to the numerous emails I have sent. £70+ down the drain.

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!!
I place an order coming up to 3 weeks ago now for two pieces of swimwear. I have tried to contact this company a number of times now with one response letting me know my order would been dispatched last week. Still no communication to inform me if it has been. This is such a shame as there stock looks lovely and would like to purchase more however I have been put off with the time this is still taking and only one piece of communication from my serval attempts.

Highly recommend

It has taken me many tries to find a bikini which compliments me. The two bikinis I ordered from kasela studios are honestly perfect and their colour range is amazing. The fabric is lovely too. Took no more then a few days till I got my parcel as well! I love their work. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service

Sent an item back for an exchange to a bigger size. Initially was confused on how to request an exchange- filled out a contact form and never got any response until I messaged them on Instagram. After returning my item to them, I got no confirmation the parcel had been received for a couple of days- again had to chase on Instagram. Was then told that they were waiting for more fabric to be delivered (made to order item) and then they'd be sending out my exchange. 3 weeks have gone by since then and I've not even had any update as to the status of my order- I don't know if it's been sent, if they are still waiting on fabric etc. This is concerning a) when you've paid £60+ for the item and b) the communication has been poor as it is already.
Have filled out a contact form via their website but these never seem to get picked up so have dm'd on Instagram, they saw my message 5 hours ago, so I have then commented on a post asking for a response.

Safe to say, IF, I ever get my new item- I will never be ordering from here again as it's not worth the hassle.

Poor customer service

I ordered the grey yoga pants and long sleeve top for my daughter for her birthday. I was hopeful that they would arrive in time for her birthday as taking in account that the company guidelines stated that there was a 10 day turnaround for making the items and posting. They should have arrived on time. I emailed several times asking for them to be delivered sooner as stated on your website but did not receive one single reply. My daughter even messaged on instagram and received 1 reply asking for the order number. Communication to customers is absolutely appalling . However when the items arrived several days after her birthday my daughter did like them and they did fit perfectly although personally i felt they weren’t worth the money i had paid as they weren’t that well made to be honest. This company really need to get to grips with their customer service.

Awful customer service

My order arrived after a few days however the top didn’t fit, sent it back and emailed asking for a smaller size, wasn’t in stock so asked for another top to be sent out. This was on the 20th December and I’ve still had no reply. I’ve sent multiple emails and messaged them on the website. They’ve also never confirmed they have received the top I sent back. Diabolical customer service as they still have my money and their products aren’t cheap!

Be careful ordering from this company

I ordered a vest top for my daughter this was £30 which for a vest is ridiculous but it was a present.
When it arrives its so tight all over even the arm holes are tight in her arm pits. Now my daughter is a very slim person so I messaged them and asked for a refund and got a reply the following day to say I couldn't have a refund just an exchange or gift card.
I said I would like to exchange and asked how I went about it and have not heard back.
I went onto the website and went onto their returns and sent another message asking how I do the exchange, I have told them what I'd like and now I'm not getting any response.
I feel stupid because looking at the reviews all the negative o es are about customer service and how they don't respond!
I personally do not like anything on the website and the vest and leggings is all my daughter likes so a gift card is useless to me.
I don't understand how you can't have a refund, they say its because everything is made to order yet all the returns must be resold and it's not like they are made to measure?
I feel like I've been had and lost £30.

I ordered one of the mystery Black Friday bundles which I though was a GREAT idea as it’s affordable and help with waste product.

Quality is amazing and fits really nice! Delivery was super efficient and will deffo be ordering again! 💕

Awful brand

I ordered a full swimsuit from this place which took over a month to arrive when it stated on the website 10 days wait time for making and delivery. When trying to contact the company the customer service is shocking. I have returned my items in an exchange for something else and been waiting over 2 months for this. I have emailed and messaged 12 times since and still not had 1 reply. Once they have their money they no longer keep up to messages or emails. The customer service is so poor for this brand. Do not order

Haven’t received the item yet which is understandable but customer service could be improved replies from questions I asked in emails were very vivid and could of just been the way I read it but seamed quite rude
