Do not trust this company.
I placed a smaller $271 order with Noughts & Kisses because I wanted to determine whether they were a retailer I could trust before making more significant purchases. That decision still proved to be a costly mistake.
The company admitted that the required customs documentation was not included with my shipment. From that point forward, rather than taking responsibility for correcting its own error, it repeatedly attempted to gaslight me everything would be fine, when it wasn't they proceeded to delay and shift that responsibility onto me.
DHL repeatedly advised that the required customs documentation had to be provided by the shipper. I relayed this information to Noughts & Kisses multiple times, provided updates and screenshots directly from DHL, supplied links to the relevant customs portal, and explained exactly what action was required. Despite having this information, the company failed to act in a timely manner.
In the end, after excessive time consuming back and forth with them I was instructed to upload extensive personal documentation and government issued identification online (including passport) in an attempt to resolve a problem created by their own shipping process. Meanwhile, they collected my money and allow the shipment remain on hold while I wait additional weeks for the shipment to eventually be returned because the shipper failed to provide the documentation DHL had been requesting.
What concerns me most is not that a mistake occurred, mistakes happen. It is their reassurance there would be no issue even when it was clearly outlined on the DHL tracking followed by a complete lack of accountability afterward. Every opportunity to resolve the issue was met with delay, deflection, or an attempt to place the burden on the customer instead of correcting an admitted shipping error.
I have made thousands of online purchases over many years, including purchases worth significantly more than this order, and I have never encountered a company that handled a straightforward shipping issue they caused so poorly.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from this retailer. In my view, that is not how a company acting in good faith treats its customers.

We do want to clarify that at no point did we intend to dismiss your concerns or place responsibility for the issue onto you. Our Customer Care team remained in communication with both yourself and DHL throughout, following the information and instructions provided to us in an effort to get the shipment released as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, international customs requirements can vary depending on the destination and, in this instance, additional documentation was requested after the shipment had already been dispatched. We appreciate that the subsequent requests for information and identification, alongside the delays involved, made this an extremely frustrating experience for you.
We are genuinely sorry that the matter was not resolved more quickly. We have reviewed what happened internally and will use this experience to improve how we handle and communicate similar international customs issues going forward.
We would never knowingly leave a customer without either their order or an appropriate resolution, and we will continue to work with DHL until the shipment has either been successfully delivered or returned to us so that the matter can be resolved.
We’re sorry that your first experience shopping with Noughts & Kisses has left you feeling this way.

This is more feedback than a review…
This is more feedback than a review because I genuinely love this brand and have bought so many pieces over the years.
Recently I ordered the Telia Playsuit and the Lida Shirt and unfortunately both arrived in a mass of wrinkles. I completely understand that some creasing can happen in transit, but these looked excessively wrinkled to the point they honestly looked like rags when unpacked, which felt disappointing considering the price point.
It’s a shame because I wouldn’t expect to have to do so much ironing on premium-priced clothing — I’d expect this more from a budget fast-fashion order.
That said, I do love the brand and this experience won’t stop me shopping again, but I wanted to share the feedback as presentation and packaging really do impact the experience.

Breath of fresh air!
I recently contacted Elli after receiving a faulty top (unfortunate problem), and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the issue was handled. The customer service was absolutely lovely friendly, understanding, and so efficient from start to finish.
Not only are their clothes beautiful and great quality, but receiving such excellent service has made me feel even more confident shopping with them. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, and because of this experience, I’ll definitely be a regular customer going forward. I gave 2 stars due to the shipping fee. The fee is way too high compared to other websites to ship to the US. It will make the buyers think about whether to make the purchases or not multiple times. I ordered 2 top and paid $70 shipping (almost the same amount of the item).

At present, shipping to the USA is unfortunately much more expensive than domestic shipping because international orders include a number of additional charges, such as customs processing fees, duties, and tariffs.
These costs have increased recently, particularly for products manufactured in China, which has significantly affected shipping rates.
We understand that $70 shipping is a substantial amount, especially for a smaller order, and we completely appreciate your concern. We always aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but the rates are set by our shipping partners based on the destination, package weight, and current import charges.

Made a purchase, lovely dress but just didn’t suit me, I had to return outside their specified time and without return label and they were excellent at getting back to me and said as a gesture of goodwill they would refund this time, I’ve just sent it back so far so good, I’ll update if any issues when they receive but atm wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

No free delivery and won’t refund
Ordered a top from there that I was hoping to love but unfortunately it didn’t suit me. Very surprised that they don’t offer free returns so you have to pay to return any unwanted items. Then, I received an email to say they can’t refund me because the top has makeup on despite me never wearing the top or having any makeup on it. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

VERY expensive Shipping costs
The clothes looked nice. But the shipment costs are sooooooo expensive. I paid €85 euros to ship the order to The Netherlands. And I have to pay the return costs of €85 euros. I find it unacceptable that I had to pay €85 in shipping costs and that returns are not free. This means I would also have to pay for the return shipment myself, resulting in a significant amount of money spent solely on shipping.
