I had ordered my piercing on 1/9/17 and paid for a delivery within 5 working days but I have not received it until today 16/9 /17...

Absolutely amazing service, my products came the next day and I was very happy with them all, exactly as I ordered, amazingly cheap and very good quality! Would use this company again without a second thought :)

My first place to find cartilage piercings and they arrived really quickly!

Very disappointed. I really liked this company until today, I ordered two different Nose studs. And 2 of the same item came and I didn't get an explanation why. I called them up and they told me to take a picture as proof. So I did and I emailed it to them. I think personally that is very unprofessional as they should already know what they had done wrong. I shouldn't have to take a picture. But I did because I know that there was something wrong.

Lovely products, promptly delivered, but unfortunately due to the poor packaging the earrings arrived sticking out of the packing and therefore damaged,

I can't rate the service highly enough. The product is exactly as described and the price was unbelievable.

I have previously ordered plenty of jewellery from Karma Se7en and it's always the great quality described. Delivery to Melbourne, Australia takes about two weeks. The jewellery is beautiful in person; even the faux septum clickers, which was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention the prices! Do recommend.

The delivery was okay; it came the next day as it should. But, one of the items I ordered (faux plugs), I ordered it in black and it came in blue!!! Disappointed !!! If it was a mistake, then they should take better care when packing orders to make sure it is correct. Or, if it is a case of the black plugs being out of stock, they should have contacted me to inform me of this and that they were thinking of replacing with a different colour to give me the option to choose if this is what I wanted or not!

Also, I should add that some of the jewellery I ordered, on the website it stated it would come in a box, but they did not come in this box. I am disappointed overall!

This is the second time I have ordered from Karmase7en and I have to say it's a really wonderful company with a fantastic Customer Service.

The website itself is well laid out and it was easy to search around and find what I was looking for. In this particular instance I was purchasing items relating to ear stretching. Both my husband and I are in the process and my husband having particularly thick lobes finds that the larger gauge barbells work best for him, giving him a comfortable wearable area. The prices are excellent too.

I used to shop a lot with the German based company Crazy Factory but love the fact that I receive my order from Karmase7en the very next day or the day after that. Very quick shipping out.

As I mentioned earlier the Customer Service is great. You are met on the end of the phone with a happy and helpful voice who you really feel wants to help with any queries or problems you may experience.

I am not in any way affiliated with this company but am so impressed I am happy to spread the word.

I would give this company 0 star if I could!

Firstly, as per the website, it states that all orders are shipped by 1st class. Although I am aware that 1st class orders can take up to 3 days to be delivered in some instances, however, due to my address, every other 1st class order that I have ever made in my entire life has come the next day. As I type this, it has been 3 days and my order has still not arrived!!! I believe this company is being deceitful about sending orders by 1st class in order to charge premium rates for shipping but save money by shipping 2nd class or otherwise!!!!

The second annoyance about this company is their overall customer service! They claim they will get back to queries within 24 hours. However, it has been 4 days and I have still not gotten any reply or acknowledgment of them receiving my question which I sent using their query form on their website!

They state that you can contact them also by calling them. However, this is a premium rate number that charges extortionate amounts and is not included in normal mobile contracts minutes. Again, another way for them to scam and extort money from their customers!

Overall, I am disgusted by their overall service and will not be purchasing from them again!! They might seem enticing because of their cheap prices, but it is not worth it when you don't even get your item and no (free) way of contacting them!

I love this site. So many cute and tiny sterling silver tragus studs and it's great that you have a choice of lengths of the bioflex stem. Great prices too, I have seen similar studs for 3 times the price without the choice of stem length!. The delivery is fast and your studs come in a sweet little plastic container :-)

Really fast speedy delivery and my Tragus 9ct gold earrings are fab! They used to send them in a nice round pot but have stopped doing that now which is a shame because I think it was more polished than a plastic bag!

Have used this company before and they are always prompt with deliveries and also very professional.
