I understand one of customer services team has contacted you regarding the incorrect item that you have received, and this is due to a slightly different stone colour then you were expecting. We are due to speak to our supplier regarding this issue and if needed will update the product image on the nipple bar that you have ordered.
However if you are not 100% happy with the item you have received please return it back to us (a returns form can be found on the back of your invoice) and we will issue a refund or replacement for you.

my lip jewels arrived in time and in beautiful packaging! I love them all, I only wish the daisy was a little smaller, and l would love the butterfly a bit bigger, maybe the size of the star (4mm).

I Ordered My Earrings Two Weeks Ago And Haven't Received Them
I ordered a set of earrings from Karmase7en two weeks ago with the assurance that they would arrive within 8-10 business days, and I haven't received them, yet. I realize that it's only been two weeks, which is close to the maximum 10 day end of the scale, and am totally willing to edit this review if they arrive soon, but right now I'm frustrated that the product I've paid for hasn't arrived. :(

I can confirm that your order was shipped on the 12th of February and should be with you very shortly. Standard international mail will usually take around 8 working days (Monday-Friday only) to reach it's destination. However on very rare occasions can take slightly longer to be delivered by the USPS, this may be because they have decided to stop a parcel to preform a few routine checks.
However if you contact our customer service at info@karmase7en.com and confirm your full address for us we will be able to look into this a bit further for you.

I treated myself to a rose gold nose ring and sparkly stud. Sooo nice. Love them.

Brilliant!
I am super happy with my nose studs , they are tini as I like them and were advertised. They are beautiful and good quality, very comfortable. I had to constantly adjust my previous stud but not with these.
I got them the day after I order them and they were well presented in a useful box with a rubber to keep them standing and choose the one I want to pick easily. Very good service ,

The website said it would take 4-7 days for the delivery to arrive. I have not received the order at all. I even emailed the karma se7en team but got no response. Very very disappointed.
