I purchased a ring on P&O ship, Iona, in the first week in May. Other than the sheer amount of pressure applied (I had THREE staff members trying to tell me I should buy two rings from them), when I chose one which would need to be ordered in my size, they don't tell you that ordering your size is counted as 'custom' and therefore no returns or order cancellations allowed. The ring took weeks to arrive, with little to no communication in the meantime. It has arrived (17th July) and is the wrong size. I contacted them immediately, and followed up again 23rd July and have had no response at all from them to acknowledge this. An absolute rip off with rubbish customer service. I would not recommend.
I purchased a special order ring on the P&O cruise ship. It arrived last Monday and it is the incorrect ring, nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed the special orders email address given on the dispatch note and used the contact form on the website, and I have had no response from either. It has been a week and a half with no response from the company and an incorrect order sent. Absolutely disgusting customer service and overall service from the company! How can you order a special order and a completely different ring arrive? Do not buy from this company!

I bought a beautiful white gold diamond ring via auction on the P&O Iona cruise. My address on the certificate of authenticity was spelt wrong and needed rectifying. Instead of waiting she said it would be delivered to my cabin as we were leaving the next day (yesterday). I didn’t receive it so I went to reception before disembarking and he sent Kallati an email… I’ll wait to see if it arrives to my home address…
