Love my Kallati jewelery!
I bought several Kallati pieces and love them all! They are gorgeous and sparkly. I get many compliments on them.
Best customer service ever!
The best part of my experience was, and always is, the incredible customer service of Mo and Tyler. They are absolute gems and a valuable asset to your company. They have made Kallati my “go to” jewelers.
Thank you Mo and Tyler!
Failed to communicate time…
Failed to communicate time delay/availability information for a time sensitive need. Item was refused multiple times and there was no way to exercise this to the vendor. Not a stellar business practice.

Updated review. Replacement not stamped varifing the gold stamp [585 or 14k]
Update:
(Your reply saying it's marked is not true. I am very aware a chain needs it's identification markings you mentioned. There is absolutely NONE on the clasp, and I took a magnifing glass to search for the stamp. Not there! Although, I do appreciate your reply, it's incorrect. I would like to add, I did speak with Mo, she sent me photos of the replacement to chain in question, and on that, it is marked. I sent the first replacement back Tuesday, and I was promised the 2nd replacement was going to ship out next day service once it had been received. I still have not recieved it. Hopefully it will arrive this week).
The reason for my 1* was determined by the fact they were trying to pass off a cheap chain replacement, not 14k gold that I sent in, also, the level of customer service, response of the repair dept, long waits, and the inability to finish my repair after having it 2 months.
My husband purchased this Kallati necklace on our Viking cruse. It was to highlight the great time we had. The necklace is of 14k rose gold. Very pretty! I broke the chain and sent it in for repair 2 months ago. I continuously have to chase around a representative for updates through both email and phone calls. I experienced unexceptable long wait times to get updates. The representative in charge of my repair is Mo.
During the first 2 months, there were many emails sent that went unanswered. I finally got a response from Mo and she said a replacement was mailed. Finally, a chain was recieved! It is much smaller than the one I sent in and its not even 14k, no stamp to identify it as 14k, so I reached out again to complain and expressed my concerns of trying to pass off a cheap $17 chain. I contacted Mo, sent photos of the original, which they already have but sent it in again. I'm very upset about this! At the end of our call, she told me she's the only one to work on this, and to be patient for her to find a replacement. You would think there are plenty of chains to mail out! Don't they have any 14k chains in stock? I find this strange, and upsetting. How long are they going to continue keeping my chain?
I would advise to see the rating before doing business with this company. Beware! Trying to pass of a unmarked chain for a replacement. My husband spent close to $900 for this purchase. Very upset!

My Ring was Perfect!
My fiancé decided to get my engagement ring from Kallati. I had been a fan of the brand for many years but never had the extra income to purchase fine jewelry regularly.
There was one blue diamond ring with yellow diamonds that I saw on a cruise ship, and I was absolutely obsessed. I showed my boyfriend at the time and even tried it on, but it was a bit out of my price range.
Six months later, I found out he had purchased that exact ring and used it to propose when I returned to my cabin. Everything from the surprise to the quality, of the ring was absolutely spectacular.
I am so thankful to my fiancé and to Kallati for such an unforgettable experience.

I bought my wife a Kallati necklace onboard our cruise as a surprise, and it was a huge hit. The staff helped me choose something timeless, and when she opened it she was genuinely speechless. She’s worn it almost every day since, and the quality is outstanding.

I purchased 3 bracelets from the Kallati collection . Their customer service was excellent . It broke and without questions asked they replaced it . I will definitely purchase from them .
Marking on jewellery
I have bought two pieces of jewellery from onboard p&o cruise ships
The ring was sold as 14k with 30ct. There's no makers mark or stamp saying the type of purity of gold you would normally expect. The necklace is marked 14k rci Indonesia. Rci is for a different company so not Kallati. Buyers beware

Purchase a ring at a trunk show event and needed to have it resized. Customer service guided me through the process and helped every step of the way. Very happy with my purchase.
Do NOT custom order!!
I ordered 4 custom pieces and bought 3 stock pieces. The stock pieces are great no complaints. The 4 custom pieces I am guessing will continue to disappoint me for a long while as they have never “appeared”. I was promised a smooth, interactive and iterative approach to get exactly what I wanted. What I got was NOTHING. A few renderings and no “mold” to approve as promised and then I received a FedEx tracking number with no explanation. I was out of town when this alleged package shipped and it is now missing. When I called customer service they were not helpful telling me it was signed for and delivered which I assured them was not the case. The signature required slip was on my door however FedEx can’t find the package. Diamonds International and Effy always call to ensure you are in town and available to sign for the piece. I mentioned this to customer service and was actually told “we have too many customers to do anything like that”. Now supposedly my second package shipped but it also is missing which makes me wonder what they actually shipped if anything. They have not offered a resolution nor did I ever “approve” the renderings nor did they send any photos of a finished item so I have no idea what they did. I am now having to go through the credit card dispute process as this is a $50k mistake. Beware if you want nice custom jewelry Do NOT use Kallati, DI and Effy are so much more reliable, responsive and reputable! I hope I can get this resolved but please don’t fall for the hard sales tactics.

Better communication would have made the experience easier but the ring is beautiful
The ring is very nice, and the quality and clarity of the diamonds is lovely. However I would say my experience would have been made better if expectations regarding shipping and delivery had been more explicitly managed. Once things became frustrating and I reached out to the Harding+ Group CEO (who are a the UK broker for this brand on board cruise ships) through LinkedIn I did experience a better provision of information.
My buying experience was as follows. I bought a ring on Board Marella Discovery II on October 5th. I was assured it would arrived for my 50th Birthday on December 5th, I was told on the 20th November it had been despatched on Royal Mail 24 hour special delivery. Nothing arrived and tracking was indicating they had not received the item.
When I checked with them again on the 25th November they assured me it shipped and I had to wait for the tracking to update. The tracking just says the item is being despatched and will be updated when the item is received by Royal Mail.
I then reached out to Kallati, Harding+ and Barclaycard to start a potential charge back as I was being fobbed off with holding emails. Once I did this the ring tracking was updated and visibility became better, as did communication with the customer service agents in each organisation. I received the ring today.

Kallati use the company Harding+
Kallati use the company Harding+ to retail their jewellery on cruse lines. Family member paid over £800 for an eternity ring. The wrong ring has been sent twice, they don’t even seem to know the difference between white and yellow gold. Customer service is appalling and virtually non existent. The ring was ordered and paid for in May, today they sent the wrong ring AGAIN😡
Beautiful Bracelet
Received the sapphire bracelet and the stones are a beautiful color blue and the diamonds are so bright white.
Gorgeous heirloom necklace
Birthday gift from me to me 🤭.
It’s an absolutely breathtaking emerald stone surrounded by beautiful diamonds with a nicely attached curb chain. A must have for every lady’s jewelry collection.
