Mr. Korosh Mahdi is The true definition of "Going above and beyond" great costumer service. Great work and fair pricing. Very thorough, transparent and honest (which is rare in this industry). l am a retired US. Army Colonel, first, I am impressed with Mr. Madhi Leadership, from the moment I arrived at the shop he greeted me with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor. He then proceeded to assess the damaged of the tires on my vehicle. Although it seemed impossible to get the tires needed for my vehicle, Mr. Madhi, did everything possible to find the tires, then proceeded to warehouse to get them and install them the same day. His actions not only saved me time, but also money. Additionally, while I was waiting for my vehicle, I personally saw him rolled up his sleeves and conducted four vehicles oil change. Bottom line, your organisation needs more leaders like Mr. Madhi.

Popped in to Justtires in Stony Stratford with a problem with one of my car tires. Fantastic experience. Justin was very friendly, chatty, replaced the valve, checked my tires, gave me some great advice. Will definitely go back, as will my husband with his car. Excellent service, I'd highly recommend. After we picked our Volvo XC90 from the mechanic,my wife drove it for 10 miles and had no crash or any type of incident. Unfortunately we had an alert on the dashboard that indicates something is wrong with front right parking sensor. When I take a look,I have seen that parking sensor is missing and front bumper has deep scratches, assuming happened during the repair process . When I called the mechanic,he said he recorded the repair process on video and said that he has nothing to do with the sensor and I should call my insurance company. When I asked him for the video to confirm that,he didn't cooperate and gave me sketchy answers. He is trying to fool me and not to take responsibility for his mistake.
