Shocking Customer Services, well none at all. Take payment for a 20 minute delivery window the move it to just shy of 2 hours. So deleted my account.

Awful, will never use again. Delivery was delayed and wasn't even progressing through the kitchen , estimated delivery time just kept getting moved. I had to cancel but they still charged me the full price which they didn't make clear.

Not even a real company.

Food turns up late and stone cold. They're not even slightly interested.

Will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered from just eat got the wrong order,told the driver, phoned the restaurant and contacted just eat.
Next day got a message saying they reviewed my complaint and would not refund or compensate. No explanation as to why! I responded to email and again got a message to say reviewed and upheld original decision but no reason why!!Terrible service no star review.

Ordered early hours this morning and I went through justeat and nadiis diner (bolton) accepted my order and the money came out my bank account.. (order num 801345962) then got the notification that the delivery driver was on the way to me, so I waited because the driver isn't tracked on the app because they use there own drivers I believe, so I was stood at my front room window waiting for my food!!! No sign of the driver 30 late still no sign but I waited another 15-20 minutes, so all in all about 50 minutes late so the food would of been freezing anyway even if anyone did turn up, I get in touch with justeat who tell me to ring the restaurant which I did but the number provided was switched off and no landline number, so I couldn't reach them and then the order went to delivered on the justeat app when no one had been and given me the food that I paid for yet these at nadiis diner and justeat think they can just do that to customers and leave me high and dry, I'm still currently waiting for justeat to even reply to me!!! It's just a rubbish AI Bot that goes round in circles and doesn't address the issue, I just wanted to speak to a human to get this sorted it's been about 16 hours now and I want the money back in my account NOW!!

The absolute worst food delivery service by far. Will never use again

Dear Just Eat Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order placed last night with CRISPA and Donna via your platform. The order was never delivered.

I made several attempts to contact the restaurant using the telephone number provided on Just Eat, however the number is not operational. If you review the order details, you will see that I attempted to call. Furthermore, independent searches for the company show no alternative working contact details.

I am also concerned that the restaurant does not currently display a food hygiene rating, which makes it unclear whether the premises have been inspected or verified.

Given that the food was not delivered and there was no way to contact the restaurant, I expect a full refund to be issued without delay. Please confirm when this has been processed.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider escalating the complaint further.

I look forward to your urgent response.

If i could give zero i would. Wouldn't refund me because I didnt have a photo. The driver couldn't speak English so he wouldn't open the box to let me take a photo. All my items were ruined. Will delete this app and never use it again. Hope the company folds and everyone associated with the company looses their jobs. Disgracefully company.

Don’t want to even leave 1 star but don’t have a choice awful service waited 4 hours for a Sainsbury’s order finally managed to message someone from just eat and asked to cancel it as it’s now 9pm, the gentleman said sorry for inconvenience and I’d be refunded to wake up to a email saying no refund issued as I cancelled the order disgusting don’t use just eat use anything but just eat unless you want to be screwed over !

I’ve ordered a few times and had good experiences. But, classic, I had an issue with an order which turned up 2 hours late, stone cold food that genuinely could not be eaten. I sent a complaint and a request for a refund - just to be clear, the value of the order was less than £20 - not a big deal right?

I was refused a refund and th reason given was that I had ‘already made several recent claims’. When I asked them to show me these claims which I had not made, not one single person could show me and when I started quoting the consumer act they ceased all communications and told me they would no bet be replying to my emails any further on the matter.

I ordered nearly weekly with them. I am sure Deliveroo and Uber will be happy to take on a new customers!

Order over an hour later, restaurant unable to confirm what orders they have and haven’t sent, when it finally arrived it was cold. Raised a complaint with just eat and I got an automatic response sayings they wouldn’t provide any compensation never again will I use just eat as consistently they are late. When we finally got the food, the receipt shows the restaurant got the order an hour and a half after we ordered

Food delivered by Just Eat delivered cold and they refuse to refund after I raise a legitimate complaint.

Order never came and they refused to refund any money

I had a bad experience on my first order.
I complained but said I wasn't looking for a refund, just the account and my data deleted.
They are now accusing me of multiple complaints

Complained because it took 2 hours for my food to arrive. When I tried to cancel i was informed I couldn't as driver was at restaurant. He was at restaurant for over an hour!

Never again...been using justeat for years and this is the very last time the scumbags...my order never arrived and justeat said that the order was delivered...well sunshine...ive got ring door bell evidence to prove it did not arrive...watch my space..you morons..the worst thing is..my brother paul ordered this off my app n he has learning disabilities...

Only gave one star to write review. Kentucky FC never delivered our order reported to Just Eat did nothing completely useless lost £28 and never got food. Do not use Just Eat they are rubbish! KFC driver lied about delivery useless thieves!

charged and did not receive my order, even with providing evidence, the driver confirming and the shop preparing the order 3 times, they still refused a refund. £21.51 and near 5 hours and not order, I recommend avoiding just eat as they do not take responsibility even with their app for customers and driver glitches and having issues. They pretend to review and then basically refuse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, the drive even told me that another customer lost £79 worth of food due to the glitches

Half of the food was missing and what they did deliver was cold.
