Outstanding Customer Service
Having been told by a local garage I may have a serious engine issue with my 52K VW Up (which they couldn’t fix) and could cost serious money, I visited Just Audi VW in a panic. The service I received was simply outstanding!! Squeezed into to be seen straight away (Steve) Issue resolved within a couple of hours (Will) and an MOT passed (Dave). Complimentary hot drinks and a bill that that was incredibly fair I was back on the road.
I shall definitely be using and recommending Just Audi VW in the future. Thank you 😊

I bought a car back in October 2025 the sales man Chris was great however the after service has been horrendous my car went in for a tyre pressure sensor came out the same later found out they had jacked my car up on a non jack point and I now have a whole in the bottom of my car. Then February engine management light came on had it plugged in at a garage to the dpf filter blocked never in a million years will I buy another car from these my family members had issue and wish I had not bothered buying from them however I gave them the benifit of the doubt also my car was ment to have had a paint job on the bonnet no it was touched up with a paint pen. The seat belt clip had gone that should not have passed mot sill has a hole in it where they have jacked it up on a none jack point they put to much tyre pressure in it to so it was running at 15 PIS more than it should have been

From our records, the vehicle was prepared and supplied with no issues noted in relation to the DPF, seatbelt, or tyre pressure system. We also have no record of any damage occurring whilst the vehicle was with us, and we take great care with all workshop procedures.
We understand these concerns have come to light some time after purchase, and we haven’t yet had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle or discuss this with you directly.

600 mile return but well worth it.
I saw a VW campervan on the internet but with a 600 mile return trip to Lincoln, the prospect was somewhat daunting. However I spoke to Tom and Steve and they gave me an honest view on the vehicle. I felt I could trust them so I bit the bullet and headed down to be greeted with a vehicle which was spick and span and ready to try out. I also had to change over my personalized number plate. Nothing was rushed or pushy and any small niggles I had were sorted out right away. I don't think it is possible to have a better buying experience. My wife and I are both delighted with our purchase so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Dreadful company avoid
We made the stupid mistake of buying a used vehicle and have exactly the same treatment as the other poor customer who has just left a bad review of this company it’s looking like a pattern The attitude from the dealership is, they’ve got your money go away. I even had to endure ridiculous intimidation tactics and even more ridiculous accusations from an extremely immature and patronising general manager. We too tried to get them to fix a list of issues but they refused point blank to fix any of them. The vehicle is now sat on the drive we can’t even use it. We tried also to reject the vehicle, they again refused. The vehicle we bought wasn’t cheap either just short of £20,000 and are looking at repair bills to the tune of £3000 +. I was advised by the same patronising manager to go away and get a solicitor so that’s what we will be doing . If you read the other responses to bad reviews from the general manager there is a dismissive and patronising tone to all of them. I would maybe suggest it’s time someone higher up the food chain at this firm possibly look into the way the dealership is dealing with problems. Also just for information I am the local AGE UK preferred trader for plumbing and heating and am extremely popular with my well over 1000 elderly customers across all the Lincoln retirement parks and guess what I tell them all about JUST AUDI VW I’ll let you work that out for yourselves.

You attended our dealership with a concern regarding a slipping clutch. Following initial inspections and road testing, no fault could be identified. In order to ensure transparency, we offered a further accompanied test drive with our Workshop Manager.
During that drive, you requested that he deliberately “slip the clutch” to replicate the issue. As a qualified technician with many years’ experience, he quite rightly refused to intentionally misuse the vehicle in a way that could cause mechanical damage.
Unfortunately, the situation then escalated, and our staff member was subjected to shouting and swearing. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive or threatening behaviour, and as a result you have been advised not to return to site.
We stand by our team and their professional judgement. Our priority is always to diagnose faults correctly while protecting both customer vehicles and our staff.
3 Tow Truck Recoveries & Counting
Purchased a vehicle from this garage on January 15th and the very next day it broke down on the M25 leaving me stranded over night in freezing temperatures. The car was returned to the garage a few days later and the only remedial work carried out was a filter change. The garage assured me it was fine. Last week I broke down again with the same faults. Despite given them the opportunity to fix the car once I am now seeking for it to be returned and a refund issued and they are refusing which is a breach of my consumer rights. I have been going around in circles for a week now to the point I'll be filing a small claims for the return of my £13995 and financial losses. Three tow truck recoveries so far and counting!!

To help move things forward, we have offered to arrange and cover the cost of collecting the vehicle, provide a courtesy vehicle if required, and reimburse the recovery costs you have incurred to date. We have also arranged collection so that this can now be properly investigated.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company, dreadful management worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As far as your pathetic reply goes, as company secretary, I have never even entered your dealership so your accusations against me are utterly false. I have not been told not to enter the dealership so I think you are mistaking me for someone else. Your stunt of rejecting our purchase of a sub-standard van is disgusting and it could be detrimental to a small business. You and your delicate team that cannot take critisism should be held to account and so if you wont even acknowledge our complaint then I will continue to give poor reviews and make sure everyone knows to be wary of your company and zero after sales care.
