My son ordered some food as he had been given a voucher. There were 3 pies missing at a price of £9 even though they were on the receipt supplied. Just Eat communication is absolute rubbish. These pies were for our dinner tonight so now we will have to go out to get something else. Also the number given to call the place the food came from was incorrect.

Found hair in my food, reached out for help but the lady kept closing the chat on me. Provided photos and chasing multiple times but told me that they can not do anything, when questioned them why got told that they cannot tell me why. No help, rude, and ignorant left me emailing multiple times just to get a response.

Everytime I have had a problem with my order whether its missing items, cold food or wrong item received these people will NEVER EVER compensate me! My money is good for them but in return they are so greedy to compensate even a small amount. The restaurant will say contact Just Eat. They email to say we are looking into the matter for you, even with evidence they already know they are kicking their customers to the curb! As opposed to Uber Eats or Deliveroo they will be willing to resolve the issue raised by customers and have many times sent a credit back as compensation as little as £1 its still appreciated. No wonder the company is named “JUST EAT”…..means “just eat” your food - just eat it however good/bad it is just eat!!!! Guys don’t waste your time complaining. I have many emails from the past in case “JUST EAT” want to reply to back themselves up. Go learn a tip or two from opposing companies and you won’t lose customers!

Why does Just Eat get bad results on Trust Pilot, because they have relied on the same business plan. So much has changed and what worked for them some years ago is now outdated. Just Eat is hanging on by a thread and is now by far and away seen as second choice with Deliveroo/Uber being far better and moving with the times. If Just Eat contunue as is I reckon they have 5 or so years left before they ruin themselves. The fact that I have caught them bare faced lying does not even bother them. They owe me for two takeaways Milano's Pizza and Sin City burgers both of Carlisle. Pls contact me to try and resolve this 07597 578798. So far nothing but lies. We will wait and see if they respond by tomorrow night. If you got even money on Just Eat ohoning you up (as they don't have a helpline) I would put my house on the fact they just do nothing and bury their heads in the sand. I could arrange protests at both establishments just so people to avoid when booking a take away.

Ordered via just eat. Order arrived with missing items. This was highlighted to just eat as soon as possible. Just eat refused to give me my money back for the missing items when they had proof and clearly can not count as in my image i have 3 drinks not 4. Still just eat saying nothing they can do. I am disgusted with just eat and there customer service is shocking.

If I could give 0 stars I would TO start with i waiting 1 hour 50mins for my food that said when first ordering be 15 to 20 mins kfc is 5mins from me. Then they kept changing times Worse when food arrived was STONE Cold my burger had brown old lettuce in side I then complained to customer service noone replied to me in two days asking them for a refund they then sent no email no message but sent me £3.00 my order was £15.00 I then till not keep complaining with bo reply from customer services what so ever they won't refund my money nor answer any form of messages I will never use this company again absolutely disgusted all the charges they put on my order that let alone the food I received DO NOT USE THEY DONT REFUND I will be taking it further even tho it's only £15.00 I refuse to give this amount to a service that was not up to standard also rotton cold food I received!!!

Ordered 2 large breakfast from the woolpack shawbirch Telford via just eat ... really don't bother . Both missing items , some food ( eggs ) undercooked and still slimy, vegetarian sausages microwaved to death couldn't even cut . Tomato & mushrooms cold . Sent complaint and photos to just eat and receive this reply ... Because you gave the delivery driver the code stating delivered we can not offer any refund .. absolutely disgusting, didn't realise we should of inspected food on the doorstep .. needless to say won't be using a sizzler pub takeaway again.

Deseves no stars.Ordered £40 worth of food, 2hours passed no delivery, phoned the restaurant and was told there was nothing they can do as there were no drivers. Cancelled order so I can order somewher before my kids went to bed. I was told refund on the way, days later they said no refund due as I agreed to a 100% cancellation fee. I even had paid for priority delivery. Just eat is a fraud.

Called Helen st McDonalds who gave me a phone number to ring to get a full refund. Number does not work. Then received notification from justeat that they would credit £19 to my justeat account. This means they've stolen money from me and the only way I get to the money they actually have refunded is by using Just eat again.

Absolutely shocking service placed an order at 16.50pm food arrived at 20.04pm really!!!!!! Was on hold to GDK for over an hour and told the foods been ready for over 1hr 30min and they can't get a driver!!!!!! The driver that did turn up had no idea of the circumstances and I explained that I wouldn't accept the order. OVER 3 HOURS FOR AN EFFING KEBAB, KEEP IT

Waiting for a McDonald’s order in Copenhagen for over an hour now! Clearly you do not have the staff for these deliveries, At least inform the customer and be ethical if you cannot fulfill your estimated time. 30mins over estimated time and still waiting! Pack your bags and go home just eat clearly you cannot compete in Denmark

P.S after an 1hour waiting, i have received someone else's order. Spoke to customer service however I believe they where a robot following a script. I will not give another chance. Thanks!

on 13 Sept, 2024 - I bought an eGift Card through TopCashBack in amount of £18.13.

at the same date, 13.09.2024 18:50:21, I clicked the eGift Card and tried to place an order in a store but unfortunately the eGift Card did not work.

I tried to redeem it but it's NOT SUCCESS ! I contacted the CS of JustEast since Sept 2024 but upto this moment, the issue still not yet sorted. I'm sure JustEat can either check my account or the eGift card number to prove that this was not using.

Your help is much appreciated and I really need HELP.

After one and half hour waiting found out my order was not sent through. Had to cancel and buy from wolt which got my order from in 20 mins. Will never buy from just eat again

Worst 3-party delivery service full stop.
as a company they dont offer much their whole purpose is to provide a quick an easy means to order food online. Somehow they manage to mess that up. My recent experience lead me to find out that delivery drivers can "take your order" and then never go and get it. Doesn't sound too bad right? Well when a driver does this your option to cancel said order goes as well you have to contact just eat via email as they do not have a customer service contact number to which they just say sorry and be done with you. Usually these kind of things don't get to me but when last night I ordered food that I thought was coming never did when I realised it wasn't coming all other options had closed leaving me with nothing.
Since contacting them regarding this issue and specifically requesting they escalate the complaint as I would have appreciated compensation for the awful service/experience I have gotten replies from makareem siddiqui, Samuel Paul Kokkelagadda and Rizaaimee Ladiao who do not address what I am saying and just keep reply with the standard cooperate wash of "we're sorry you had a bad experience we are trying to improve our service" .
What an absolute JOKE do not use them, use uber eats instead as they have more security against bad drivers and usually have better prices and deals.

They take a surcharge on the food.

Just came to pick up food from a local takeaway, and notices that Just Eat takes 10kr commission on each burger… total rip off. Will never use them again and just call the place next time.

Really disappointed by Just-eat, because I’m sure they also charge the restaurant for their service.

This app used to be good. But after many orders where I didn't get a good customer supprt, last week I ordered a chicken sandwish from McDonald's and the chicken was raw.

Just eat refused to refund me because McDonald's refused to refund.

This is a shirty patform that doesn't care about customer.

Order from Morrisons Swinnow missing items. Won't refund my card just credit my account with them so have to use them again. Bunch of thieves. Now have to waste my bank's time disputing the payment.

15/2/25 ordered a Chinese £20.71,it was 35 minutes late so was freezing cold,and the Beef Chow Mein had no Beef in it only Noodles.
When contacted Just Eat, they said the sane old bullshit of we've looked at this and we can't do anything to help. It's a disgrace,they're responsible as they're the Agents of the restaurants, so are responsible, according to Which? Consumer Rights, Just Eats have a duty to refund,and even responsible for delivery fees too.

The organisation has stolen money from myself and the restaurants. They said they delivered but they didn’t. I called them. They hadn’t prepared the order as they don’t deliver to my location as advertised on the app. The restaurant advised me to cancel and contact just eat. They wouldn’t remove the restaurant as advertised on delivering or refund my money. They are thieves.
