Excellent and Informative Company
We used Juno for the sale and purchase of our properties. They were absolutely excellent. Everything is completed online and they kept us informed at each stage of the process. We had our own account and could look at the progress of both sale and purchase along the way. If anything warranted a phone call, they contacted us. There's a chat line on the account and it's really helpful if you have any questions. I would highly recommend Juno to anyone looking to sell or buy a property and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is my 2nd review. My experience with Juno was far better than I had hoped for. My transactions were dealt with extremely promptly, communication was superb and everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant & helpful.

Excellent communication
Juno have communicated with us regularly and clearly throughout the buying and selling process which has made it so much less stressful than previous moves. Being able to log on to the dashboard at any time is a great feature. If we moved again we would definitely use them again.

Professional and efficient…
Professional and efficient communication with easy access to an online dashboard. Went with them because of their reputation for getting things done quickly but in this case this wasn’t how it’s turned out. This is not the fault of Juno but other solicitors in the chain who have dragged their feet resolving issues.This has made me even more appreciative that I chose them as despite the frustration I always felt assured it was not my end holding things up and I knew they were always on the case.I found the dashboard easy to use and anything I was not sure about good support was readily available.I fully recommend Juno Legal

Absolutely excellent service from day one, portal worked really well, everytime you uploaded something they worked on it day, night and weekends. We were trying to get things sorted quickly and they were on board with us. Thorough, professional and knowledgable, I possibly have never been as impressed with a service than the service Juno provided.

Great service from Juno. They were very prompt with dealing with all items in the conveyancing process on the sale of my house. Most communication was via the online portal which worked well. However as needed they were also available via the phone or email and were also responsive this way as well. Overall would highly recommend.

Juno was informative and communicative…
Juno was informative and communicative from the beginning of my sale and purchase process. They called me when necessary and their dashboard was clear to understand. If I called, all members of staff could deal with my case or would transfer me to someone who could if it needed a different department.
They made a very stressful situation (moving) more calm to deal with and gave me confidence with each step that was completed. I hope to not move again but if I did, I would use Juno again without hesitation.
