I was selling our family home of 60 years so it was a very emotional time, and I am not based in the UK so it was so important that I was able to communicate with Juno remotely.
The dashboard was so easy to use and really informative, the email correspondence was also clear and on the few occasions I did need to pick up the phone there was always someone there to help me.
I am so glad I used Juno. I am already recommending them to my friends if and when they sell their home. There is nothing I can say they need to improve on!

There was great communication from the start. They had a good website to use for your own personal conveyancing journey so you knew exactly where you were without lengthy phone calls. Just one minor snag towards the end which was quickly remedied by the dedicated team! Top Service!

Absolutely fantastic and smooth experience using Juno for the purchase of my house. As a first-time buyer, I was sceptical of the potential daunting process and purchasing journey buying a home. However, this was instantly put to rest and anything but daunting. It was a very efficient process made easier with Juno, who was able to put me at ease, answering queries so promptly, using the online chat or telephone conversations for more technical issues. Throughout the process the modern approach to using the dashboard was paramount to managing my time between work and what information was required from me and enabled self management and updates as to how far along the process we was and all clearly laid out, putting to shame antiquated processes that existed with calling the solicitors for updates. This made the experience seamless and stress free! The process only took around 2-3 months, with the great turn around time credited to Juno’s ingenuity and professional approach to my journey.

Excellent service again from Juno. Always someone to speak to at the other end of the line but everything is so well laid out and communicated on the dash board that you get regular updates to reassure you things are progressing. We had some curve balls from the solicitor on the other side that Juno were excellent at dealing with and they smashed through the admin really fast so we could complete asap. Would 100% recommend.
