I LOVE JUNKYARD GOLF!!!!!!!
They serve amazing cocktails as well as doing a happy hour, they also play great songs making it extra fun. I had such a great time when I went with my friends and the staff were also so lovely. I definitely recommend for a fun night out.

Recently visited the Shoreditch venue. It was great. Acacian was brilliant. Did her job wonderfully.

Ollie manager declining my partners entry with my friends, we have paid the booking £30. We wouldn’t hang around with minors this isn’t right and so disrespectful to my partner ruined my day and upsetting we have travelled all the way from Prestwitch , don’t go to mcr junkyard golf

I attended this establishment on Friday 26th and I was greeted by a member of staff called Ella, I had trouble with my bank card and attempted to pay cash but this was not allowed which I did not know but Ella sympathised with me as I had my 9 year old son with me and had to leave to find another place. I ended up sorting my bank card out and reattended Junkyard Golf and was greeted by Ella again and she was so happy that we came back, she was very smiley, very attentive and brilliant person to greet us and to my amazement she gave my son a free game. It made my son's day and mine after the trouble with my bank card so I would just like to thank Ella as she is a credit to the team.

Me and a group of my friends came to a last minute Junkyard golf for a birthday night out. We walked in very excited, had our bag checked and we walked the bar to pay for a session.

We all paid for an ‘Gary’ session and purchased a hat separately.

Unfortunately I had an emergency phone call from my husband to say our 2 children were poorly and I had to leave.

I kindly asked for a refund as my circumstances had changed. I had not even hit a ball, to be told ‘we get this all the time and he couldn’t do anything about it.

This was extremely disappointing and as without these circumstances I would have never asked for a refund.

Great cocktails, great golf. Hunter was a brilliant help.

Poor staff management and poor customer service, the venue might look cool but just head to Puttshack. They make decisions about alcohol intoxication without any description of why they have reached the decision and enjoy the power of being able to do so. Also claimed to have not been able to find property which was left at the venue even though we were one of the last people there, so one of the staff likely took this which was an anniversary present. Online support just quoted the policy and refused to issue a refund. Just don’t go.

Impossible to get in touch with. Don’t answer their online chat. Don’t respond to social media messages or emails. Just need to rearrange a booking but can’t.

Leeds: Overpriced, very underwhelming and not great value for money. It was not fun or enjoyable. Paid £33 for two adults and child. This only allows you to play on one of the 3 courses. It took us 14 minutes to complete the Bozo course. £33 for 14 minutes is awful value for money! It’s crammed in the corner of the top floor. The majority of holes are short and not very exciting. Because it’s crammed and small some of the holes are very difficult for right handed players, because the holes are too close to the walls. The worst experience we’ve had at crazy / mini golf. I would not recommend this place at all and there are loads of alternative places with much better courses and better value for money.

I asked for a full refund (£33) but they refused as it’s not in their policy. They offered to play both their other courses at a cost of £66?!

All round great experience, lovely staff and talked us through the process and was really helpful as it was our first time. I loved the club aesthetic in there and a fantastic range of different drinks to choose from. Really lovely people and definitely would recommend, we have been 5 times since then.
I would say that it’s a bit on the pricy side and we were quite disappointed that we only got 6-7 holes but overall lovely idea and there’s a lot of offers on too where you’re able to get an extra round of holes. Fantastic place and will be back.

Due to visit Oxford branch, had to cancel the booking, gave over 24 hours notice and advised I could receive a full refund. Paid in one payment, received 2 payments back for refund but still awaiting £51 refund. Keep chasing and being told it is being looked at their third party. Disappointing service.

Having visited previously without any problems I booked a session of golf for 3 people just after lunchtime on Saturday. There was no obvious warning that a daytime weekend booking was now over 18s only. Having made a special trip to Oxford for my daughter, we were refused entry when we arrived due to my daughter being under 18. The staff stated we just needed to apply for a refund on-line. Disappointing but not that bad. Unfortunately when I emailed them to obtain my promised refund the next day, they refused. To make matters worse, they have no phone number that I can use. I feel this place has lied and robbed me.

General atmosphere and customer service, made it a great visit

A massive shout out to Samia Toni Lewis Sammy and Bobby (on the door) all 5 of them made us feel so welcome and the service we received was out standing they went above and beyond to help us and serve us. I’ve been to a few golf places and this is by far the best in the UK!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! All the best guys ❤️❤️❤️

Booked the Shoreditch branch and really can’t fault them. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming and polite. Really enjoyed our experience.

Highly recommend and will definitely book again when we’re up that way.

Great first time experience for myself and family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were 20 minutes late for our slot and there was no issues what so ever and just let us go straight through to the golf course. We did the Gary course and it was fab. Great night. Cocktails were amazing too!!
