Missing order!
I placed an order for some towels at the end of July. They didn't arrive so I emailed. I got an email back apologising and they explained that they are sending some more out. I still haven't received them and it is now a week. I have never had problems before but I think they need to look into another delivery service!

Sent 3 emails and despite the 24/48 reply time I’m still waiting 2 weeks later. No other method of contact. I won’t shop again and would recommend that others go elsewhere where they value their customers

Charges for delivery
I was more than happy with the items purchased every time. In my opinion i feel that the ammont of money that needed to be spent before a the delivery service was given is a bit wrong and a better offer could be provided.

Purchased two pretty duvet covers but they were awful polyester I thought ok till I pre washed before use I did complain I've bought before from this company but not online they won't be used so awful i wrote to them offered me my £4-99 postage in not very helpful..shan't be buying from them again Quality not fit for Bedding like something from China....
