Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service they responded to my product complaint by sending out a replacement very quickly. I sent an email to ask if they wanted the original returned but they didn't reply so I have to assume that they don't.

Appalling Service
I have to say that this company has provided appalling service throughout.
I place an order on the 29th July and soon after it said on the 4th August it was “on its way” which on its website said it would take 3-7 days for larger items a bit longer. As it was a rug I assumed it would be the earlier. On the 7th August I contacted customer services who said they would contact the courier. On the 10th I asked for an update. On the 11th I was told it was going to be delivered this week. On the 13th I emailed customer services stating that the courier had not been in touch so if I did not get it ASAP I wanted a full refund. The reply was that they were going to contact the courier and request an update. Well I have still not received anything from customer services but the rug was delivered on Friday without any notification. Lucky I was having another delivery so the garage door was up. Two final points are that on the delivery note it states that it was ordered two day prior and even now my order on their website, still states “on its way”
This company I will never use again.
