I made a purchase from this company

I made a purchase from this company, clearly stating from the start that I wanted to buy one unit only as a sample. The company invoiced me for one unit and delivery, and I paid the full amount (£2,816).

After receiving my payment, they suddenly claimed that I needed to purchase a minimum of two units — something that was never mentioned before. When I asked for official documents and a valid tracking number before paying anything further, they refused and demanded more money.

Their communication has been unprofessional, and their behaviour feels deceptive. I have requested a full refund, and I will be reporting them to Action Fraud UK and my bank.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
