Memorial Jewellery AE is a specialist in Ashes Jewellery and Ashes into Diamond in the UK, launched in 2012 by Kevin Foy, based in Sevenoaks Kent. We make high-quality cremation ashes jewellery from precious metals, our jewellery is inspired by simple yet classic designs. Our jewellery is made in very small batches, so we may run out of stock quickly, however, we aim to replace the sold-out items as soon as we can. As all items are made individually, this will depend on the current workload. Our jewellery is made well and made to last. Our quality craftsmanship ensures our jewellery will be worn and enjoyed for a lifetime. All our items made with solid gold and silver will be hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking Act(1932). We work with a wide range of materials including 18K and 9K gold, sterling silver, and stainless steel, and are continuously creating new designs and trying new techniques. We have our own jewellery studio, each precious metal jewellery is designed by ourselves and carefully crafted by hand. We can personalise each piece by engraving a pattern, small message, a name or date. Please kindly note, with engraving will come with additional cost and time, please contact us for more details. We are also the sole UK retail agent for the Cremation Diamond (also known as Ashes into Diamond) producer, Algordanza with H.Q. in Switzerland, is one of the most reputable global suppliers of cremation diamonds, with a presence in 35 countries across Europe, America and Asia. Algordanza cremation diamonds are created with utmost caution and precision, and guarantee, authenticity, weight, cut, colour, and the origin. We have various elegant handcrafted jewellery pieces to compliment the ALGORDANZA diamonds or if you prefer our jewellery designers will help you to create your one of a kind bespoke piece to commemorate a unique person.

Disappointing experience and hostile attitude to customers

While I was not the customer myself, based on the direct experience of a close family member who was a paying customer, I feel it is important to share this feedback. Communications with the owner of this company showed not only was there a substandard product sold but a severe lack of professionalism and a complete absence of sensitivity. The fact that genuine customers are accused of lying and met with threats of legal action simply for expressing their honest experience speaks volumes about how feedback is handled with this company.

Together Forever Pendant

Ordered the Together Forever pendant which arrived quickly. Am delighted with the quality of the pendant. Kevin provided great customer service and his communications showed empathy and understanding which was appreciated at such a difficult time.

If I could give a 0 I would

If I could give a 0 I would, really poor customer service which included accusing me of lying when my pendant had deteriorated so much in just 2 months it would have been unwearable. Thank goodness I had not yet had chance to put my mother’s ashes in it and hadn’t even worn it. Was told to ‘polish it’ and after another 2 months finally had to do a charge back that my bank absolutely defended. Appalling lack of empathy and respect for their customers.

We take our business and our reputation very seriously. We are a small, independently owned company with a long-standing record of genuine, positive five-star reviews from real customers. We exercise great care in the creation and sale of every jewellery piece.

While we initially chose not to respond publicly to your negative reviews, we are now compelled to formally address the situation. We are in possession of clear evidence that you have encouraged others to post false reviews on your behalf. These individuals, including Daisy Kelly, have openly stated that they are not our customers. This constitutes a deliberate and coordinated attempt to damage our business reputation.

We have acted in good faith throughout this matter. The necklace you purchased is 18k gold plated over sterling silver. As is widely understood and common knowledge within the jewellery industry, sterling silver and gold-plated items may naturally tarnish or show signs of wear over time, particularly when exposed to sweat, perfume, water, or regular use. This is a normal characteristic of precious metals and does not indicate a defect.

When the necklace was returned to us, it showed clear signs of extended wear over several months. Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we polished the item and returned it to you restored to its original shine, as previously advised.

Notwithstanding our efforts to resolve this matter amicably, you proceeded to initiate a chargeback with your bank three months after the original purchase date. Given the circumstances and the resolution already provided, this action is unreasonable.

Please be advised that posting false reviews or soliciting others to do so is unlawful and may constitute defamation. Should this behaviour continue, we will have no option but to pursue formal legal action to protect our business interests. This may include seeking removal of the false reviews and recovery of financial damages.

We formally request that all false reviews be removed immediately and that this conduct cease without further notice.
