Used several times can’t fault the service

My Versace glasses arrived today I am so pleased with them & the price. I always use JP Optician's excellent service, quick delivery.

I always use Jp opticians for re glazing for prescription sunglasses and they are excellent. Once a pair of sunglasses arrived at their address with ripped packaging and postage owing. They paid the postage and contacted me when finding my contact details inside. The package contained a pair of expensive designer glasses. I wouldn’t ever bother to look for another optician now. I have had more than 10 pairs of glasses reglazed by them over the years.

Wonderful experience…. I needed a new pair of prescription glasses and went to have a look around the shops in the city centre, but there wasn’t much to look at. I found a pair of Gucci Frames in Vision Express at an extortionate price. So took a look on Google when I got home and came across J.P Options. Who had the same Gucci frames but half the price of vision express.
However, I am always a bit dubious about buying frames online as I’m not always sure if I am ordering my frames from
A British company based in the UK (I have been stung like that before). So I did a bit of due diligence and came across their excellent Google reviews and there shop located in the UK which eased my worries.. so I placed an order, sent my prescription to them on the Sunday and got my glasses on the Tuesday. I was absolutely ecstatic with my purchase as the frames fitted like a dream, prescription was Bob on and packaging was top notch. I was so impressed that I had to leave a review and would recommend purchasing a pair of prescription glasses from this shop if you are looking for a variety of frames at a good price…

Frames arrived on time and were exactly what was ordered , quality good

Saw a pair of sunglasses on the Oakley website but as I have used this company before for previous purchases I decided to order from. I made an email enquiry to confirm the product number and received a response really quickly.

My sunglasses arrived in good time, well packaged and can rest assured that they are authentic.

We have foxes in our garden and they cheekily stole my usual glasses from outside our summer house. Although annoyed and laughing at their misdemeanour at the same time, I was looking to get a quick and quality replacement. JP Opticians offered a fair price for a designer brand and made them to a really high standard and all delivered with a week or so. They also kept me up to date on the progress on my order. I can't be more pleased and will definitely buy again. And yes, lesson learnt! - I won't leave my glasses outside anymore!

Excellent service from easy ordering online, to follow up email ensuring I was aware the lenses I had chosen would not be refundable and ensuring I was happy to proceed and then a confirmation confirming that delivery would be 7 days.
The glasses arrived in only 5 days and were exactly what was wanted!

Excellent service, very fast. Good communication, as needed replacement frames quickly. Well use again and can recommend.

We ordered glasses from them as they quoted a shorter lead time than everyone else but they arrived after the longest lead time we'd been quoted then, when the glasses developed a fault, they said they had to go back to Italy! Had to pay for them to be mended elsewhere as can't wait, God knows how long, without glasses!

Yet to receive my item, told my item is out of stock, contacted about having an alternative item multiple times and still no response or resolution or item.
Without my money, no item, and when I try to ring the customer service line it doesn’t connect, no response via email even though I’ve sent multiple emails. I understand things can be busy but I really want this resolved as my original item is unavailable and I’m without both an item and my money, at this given time would definitely not recommend

I have used J P opticians a number of times now, most recently I picked the pair of sunglasses I wanted in the airport and then got them £160 cheaper at JP. Fantastic value, great service would 100% recommend
