I had a problem with the courier, customer service took a while but sorted out a refund. Great products matched by the customer services.

The spring mechanism for the lid of our Totem bin had broken. I contacted customer services via their webform and received a response only 4 hours later that same day. I followed the instructions and provided my proof of purchase and because the item is still in warranty they have immediately processed a replacement. With no further action required on my side. Annalise was so helpful, the perfect customer experience today. Thank you

Great company. Beautifully designed products. A little more expensive than the competition but you get what you pay for - including fabulous customer service. I get more compliments from friends on my Totem waste separation and recycle unit than anything else in my house! When it developed a small fault with a hinge after 18 months, I contacted them and Kokila could not have been more helpful. Sent us a replacement lid straight away - no quibble - just a great, friendly, efficient service. Delighted

Good product that worked well in a small space. There was a delay in delivery but I contacted Kokila at Joseph Joseph who answered the phone quickly and sorted it out and emailed updates . Full marks for customer service.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Bought four smart looking loo brushes at great expense from a 3rd party retailer. They don’t clean the toilet that well, but I can live with that… the main issue is that the stainless steel shafts started to rust in a matter of weeks. When I brought this to their attention I got a dismissive response which suggested that we must be using the wrong toilet cleaner or bleach. I explained that because we have an independent waste water system we don’t use any bleaches or harsh acidic detergents (and besides loo brushes ought to be able to cope with such chemicals). The next response was that this was the responsibility of the retailer, and it’s not covered under their warranty, but because these were mail ordered and had already been used, returning was not an option. The retailer said it was a product issue and to raise with the original producer directly. Joseph Joseph didn’t respond to my next email, presumably because they are aware that the quality is substandard and the brushes are not fit for purpose.

My query was answered promptly and was very helpful. I use numerous Joseph Joseph products in my home and caravan and I find them very practical and good quality.

I have ordered a glide max ironing board and it came broken during the transit and I called the customer services team and sent them the photos by email, within 10 minutes they have sent a replacement for the ironing board with fast delivery too.

Ironing board looks sturdy, stylish and easy to fold too.

Item was dispatched quickly but was unfortunately damaged during transit. I reached out to customer service and shared photos of the damage and Mariela was very helpful, sending me a replacement item immediately. Really friendly and efficient customer service. Thank you.

I was very impressed with how quickly Customer Service at Joseph Joseph replied to my query. They were friendly, helpful and professional, kindly offering me a contribution towards purchasing a replacement spatula, as my 4-year-old one’s handle had started to disintegrate.

My Totem Max Recycling bin is such a great design and I love using it. But suddenly the lid opening mechanism stopped working so the lid would not pop up. Ruth and Shaq in customer support responded very promptly when I contacted them, and they were most helpful. A replacement bin is now being sent to me by DPD. Excellent service from a very reliable company.

After a shaky start when my order didn’t arrive on scheduled date and speaking to a rather vague answer machine, satisfaction was reached when my goods arrived- albeit 4 days late. Thank you to George for his concern. All’s well that ends well.

Our bin lid catch broke on our older model Totem 60L so the lid would not stay closed. I contacted customer service and Amina became my contact. She helped me check whether the bin was still in warranty and immediately sent a replacement lid. Unfortunately it was for the new model and when I enquired about getting one for the older one, Amina confirmed it was no longer being made. Again, as the bin was still under warranty a new bin has now been dispatched. The whole process was dealt with seamlessly and the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend Joseph Joseph in the future.

*A small hiccup at the start, but outstanding customer service*
The first delivery was a bit rough: the package arrived open and the bin had taken a knock. I contacted customer service and wow, they were amazing. Ruth and then Annalise took over super quickly. Responsive, professional, no hassle. A new bin was sent out right away and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you both for your efficiency!

It’s literally changed the way we handle waste at home. Sorting has become simple, pleasant, and even a bit rewarding.

What I love:
- *The bottom bin on wheels*: such a simple but brilliant design. The bin stays in the kitchen, and after meals I just pull out the bottom bin and roll it into the dining room to clear the plates. No more awkward back-and-forth trips.

- *The food waste bin*: same thing, easy to move and use. My kids, aged 5 and 3, got the system quickly and now sort their waste on their own.

- *The odor filter*: it actually works. We no longer feel like we have a bin in the kitchen. Smells are contained, even with food waste.

*Result*: we sort more, we sort better, and without the hassle. The whole family is absolutely delighted with it.
