I was very pleased with how I was…
I was very pleased with how I was treated. I wanted to try the tricycle before buying and they kindly sent it to me. We had it for 14 days with a 3 mile distance to use it in.
Unfortunately it was too big and we had no where to keep it. We sent it back within time and got our Money very back quickly.

Great welcome to showroom. Terry explained everything well and clearly so I felt reassured and confident. The test track is great and I could try out a trike suitable for my size ( under 5ft and less than 50kg) product is strong and well made.

Visited the new Chester showroom on the 18/07/26 to look at the trikes. I was throughly
taken through all the options in consideration of my medical conditions. Jorge was fantastic, and the ability to try out the trikes in the showroom was great. Have ordered the Vandra X and cannot wait to get out on it. Will review the trike once arrived.

**Five Stars – A Company That Truly Stands Behind Its Products**
When I first received my Jorvik electric tricycle, I unfortunately experienced an intermittent fault with the power assist. After several conversations with the team, the tricycle was collected and taken back to York for a thorough investigation.
I cannot praise Jorvik enough for the way they handled the situation. The customer service was exceptional throughout. They kept me informed, carried out extensive testing, and returned the tricycle within the week. The whole process was professional, efficient and, most importantly, they were determined to ensure the tricycle was right before returning it to me.
Since getting it back, my confidence has completely returned. As someone with a disability who doesn't drive, this tricycle has given me something I hadn't realised I'd been missing – freedom.
I'm now 'out and about' visiting local cafés, meeting friends and enjoying rides with my husband. Instead of relying on disability aids, I can simply hop on my tricycle and go. It has made such a difference to my independence and my wellbeing.
The funniest comment came from one of my neighbours, who said I looked like **Steve McQueen in *The Great Escape*** as I rode past! Personally, I'd have preferred **Lara Croft**, but I'll take it!
What I hadn't expected was the reaction from other people. Everywhere I go, people smile, wave, stop to ask about the tricycle or simply say hello. It has become a real conversation starter and brings a smile not only to my face but to those I meet along the way.
On the days when I'm feeling a little low, I just take the tricycle out for a ride. There's something incredibly uplifting about being outdoors with the wind in your face, enjoying the countryside and feeling independent again. It genuinely lifts my spirits every single time.
If you're disabled and wondering whether an electric tricycle could make a difference to your life, my advice is simple: go for it. Equally, if you're able-bodied and just fancy a fun, comfortable and stable way to explore, I would recommend one without hesitation.
Thank you to everyone at Jorvik Tricycles for not only resolving my initial problem so professionally but for giving me back a little piece of my independence. You haven't just sold me a tricycle – you've helped me rediscover the joy of getting out and enjoying life again.

Great visit to Jorvik Tricycles Chester branch today. Very helpful staff who are not at all pushy to buy. Explained and thoughtfuly demonstrated the Vandra X tricycle to my wife, Susan.
They even folded and showed how it would fit in my car.

There is only one phone number and only one way to contact Jorvik customer service. I purchased a RIDA unused trike from an independent bike shop because I needed it next day and Jorvik would take 3-5days I was expecting help from a well known company for a good brand but I am left with a useless white elephant that I cannot ride or adjust correctly to fit me and local cycle dealers will not deal with Jorvik cycles and Jorvik do not consider px for me to purchase one that will fit.. despite rhe Southampton showroom stating they do on occasion.

We would like to clarify that we offer several ways for customers to contact us, including our customer service phone team, live chat, email, and the contact form on our website. Our phone line is answered by our customer service team rather than a single individual, ensuring customers can speak with the next available advisor.
Regarding your trike, we understand your frustration. However, as the trike was purchased from an independent retailer rather than directly from Jorvik ( Jorvik do not sell via stockist only Jorvik showrooms ) , any contractual agreement, returns, or after-sales obligations are with the retailer from whom it was purchased. This unfortunately limits the options we are able to offer.
We do not operate a part-exchange scheme. On occasion, a showroom may discuss alternative options for customers who have purchased a Jorvik trike directly from us, particularly through our Try Cycle Scheme, which is designed to help customers choose the most suitable model before purchasing. However, this is only available for Jorvik customers as its a service we offer at contract and does not extend to other branded tricycles purchased through independent retailers, as those purchases remain the responsibility of the original supplier.
We're genuinely sorry that the trike you purchased has not proved suitable for your needs. Even though its not purchased through us , If there is anything further we can do to help with adjustments or offer advice on achieving a more comfortable fit, our customer service team would be happy to assist through any of our contact channels.

Fantastic cycles
Staff choice the right cycle for me.
Staff gave good guidance when I came onsite and rode the cycle around the course.
I believe it is beneficial for customers to try onsite course, as I live in a hilly location withe lots of different level drive cambers. I struggled the first couple of times. Now I am out every day and even on cross-country paths.
It has given me a new freedom.

Jorvik Tricycles were really responsive and helpful with my enquiry to source a new part for a 2nd hand tricycle. They worked with me to find the correct part and I got it very quickly. I am very happy to have chosen a Jorvik model after much research and now their customer service has proved just as fantastic as the product.
