Deposit refund
Left a substantial deposit to hold a vehicle that was advertised online until we were able to make the 200m journey to test drive .
Meanwhile we discover that it’s the same vehicle we had already purchased elsewhere the week before and subsequently had refunded due to an engine fault .
We then obviously declined to proceed with any possible purchase moving forward , but this business is now ignoring our polite refund request and is ignoring all communication attempts .
No contract was signed for any vehicle purchase nor was there anything in writing stating no deposit refunds .
This business is unethical and not trustworthy so be warned before you make any financial commitments where you haven’t received any goods !We are now proceeding through a small claims court to retrieve our deposit all of which seems very unnecessary and reputation damaging to their business.

Good comms, good work, great guys
Can’t fault them, good comms, no question was too much trouble for them. Our van was modified exactly how we wanted in the timeframe they quoted, even dropped me off and collected me from Gowerton train station. Really pleased.

Over the moon with van
Over the moon with the conversation of our transporter! Jopo customs in Gower went above and beyond to get our van kitted out to a very high-standard. They listened to every request and went through every detail thoroughly, making us feel very valued. We had a lot of changes, so we were pleasantly surprised by the cost. They took an ex-work van shell and made it look like a brand new van. They got the work done and we had the keys back all within the week and we can’t fault anything! We’re definitely going to go back for extra add-ons in the future. Nice one Jopo’s
