The absolute worst. No idea what happened after an initial good experience - send sub standard goods - if they ever arrive. Very bad customer service no tracking info and just far too slow. Do they use a snail to deliver?!

The only reason that it’s not more is because the product isn’t worth the money- which is not their fault.

I bought the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant refill from them as I wanted to be more environmentally friendly.

To be honest the pouch was too full and it’s expensive for just a refill- not enough of an incentive to not just buy the entire item in its original packaging.

I liked the little sample pack they sent and it arrived on time.

Great company, found the product I wanted at the cheapest price anywhere and you get free samples. Great idea, Love it ! Will definitely be shopping here from now on.

Such a great site!! I have been ordering dermalogica and other little treats from John and ginger for about 10 years now, their delivery is always quick and they always put a surprising amount of testers in my delivery.
This month I ordered a concealer and at the checkout you can choose 3 free samples from dermalogica, I got 5 dermalogica samples and 3 samples from a new brand of face cream/exfoliator!! :) I love John and gingers site

I ordered products for my sister and me. The parcel for my sister arrived within days. Mine took a bit longer as it had to be shipped abroad. Even though things were taking a bit longer the customer service was very attentive and very kind.
The product range "John and Ginger" are offering is fantastic. But the people working for this company deserve to praised even higher.

They get two stars because of their customer service. They will help me og it's still not received after 21 WORKING days.. But I must admit I am so dissappointed.

Alex kindly called me back to give advice on my SkinCeuticals products which I bought from them. I wasn't sure when to use them and for how long. Alex took time to advise me and even arranged for some complimentary samples to be sent out, which was a lovely touch. It isn't often these days that you get this kind of personal treatment. A really lovely family run business with experience in the skincare industry. They really want the best for their clients and this shows in their service. Well done John and Ginger.

I have ordered all my Dermlogica products from John and Ginger. Cheapest prices on the internet, fast delivery I cant ask for much more. They even throw in loads of free samples, even the ones I request which is a nice touch.

Would highly recommend.
