Antony was great and informative. No pressure selling at all. Really helpful. Survey was a nice easy process also and the products seem top quality. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish everyone was very helpful. From the lady that came out to price, The Guys that delivered the units all the way from Wales, The two fitters fro Northampton really nice Guys & the guy that cleared the rubbish. Not forgetting the Girls on the phone. Many thanks Vince & Pat.

Slight issue with delivery which was resolved in time for the work to be completed but the fitters, Kimberley and her sidekick, were outstanding and have done a brilliant job. I would recommend the company.

Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough! Anthony O’Connor was our salesman, he was really polite, explained everything, gave us so many different options and prices to get the exact right choice for my Auntie. There was no pressure as we have experienced with other companies, his goal was to make my Auntie happy and comfortable with her choice and he certainly achieved that!

Asking me if I am the sole homeowner I am!!! Very rudely asking me multiple times. Very patronising and definitely not important information for having a kitchen worktop installed! Avoid!

We had a great experience with Joes doors , Kash was very polite and friendly we would recommended them. We also got an appointment with a kitchen designer with in 24 hours. May let you know more after it has been completed

We loved Joes door from day one they were great. There staff on the phone were great and all tradesmen who worked on our new kitchen . Special thanks to Ryan the fitter who was superb.

After the initial contact using the on-line form,i received a phone call to say that Kremena (senior home consultant) would come and visit the property at a time convenient for myself to go through the procedure and carry out a quote for the makeover. As soon as Kremena introduced herself to me i knew i was speaking to someone who had a lot of experience with kitchen makeovers . After going through the samples of kitchen swatches,i eventually found a colour that would blend in well with the other colours i had in my kitchen. After a quote was made i decided to go ahead with the makeover. Kremena left my property after all my questions were answered. A surveyor then arrived roughly a week later to ensure all dimensions ect... Were correct to enable the cupboard doors ect.. to be made correctly. After an insulation date was arranged jason the kitchen fitter called me to say the time he would arrive to complete the makeover. Jason worked very hard that day even coming up against problems that he was able to resolve. Jason worked without a break and was able to complete the makeover in a day. Jason was polite,kept the working area tidy and had plenty of experience. The old cupboard doors ect.. were left tidy outside our property and collected by a waste carrier which was arranged by Joe's doors within a few days. Joe's doors thought of everything from start to finish of the makeover. Thank you Joe's doors for a great experience!!!

I have been very impressed with the service and product supplied. The salesman Anthony O’Connor was extremely helpful as was the surveyor, the delivery team, the fitter and down to the driver who removed the old doors. I would recommend Joes Doors. It has been far easier to replace the doors than rip out the kitchen.

I cannot speak highly enough about Joesdoors. From the first visit to completion communication was brilliant and everyone arrived at the times we were given. Jake our fitter was amazing and really helpful he was great. I really love my revamped kitchen and would recommend you to anyone. Thank you.

Rep was great time quoted was missed by 4 weeks fitter was great kitchen looked wonderful even though the wrong sink was delivered ( right sink arrived day after the kitchen was finished) I then noticed my oven wasn't working i had upstands fitted so im not sure if the fitter has wired them in correctly I have complaint to you 4 times about getting this sorted but keep getting fobbed off like..contact the oven manufacturer being told to call the correct person my oven worked perfectly well before you arrived very disappointing experience paid over 4k was going to have the rest of my walls covered in your product but this has definitely put me off you as a company your customer service is absolutely dreadful

Made an enquiry about new counter tops after seeing adverts all over social media and wanted an easy solution rather than ripping out the existing ones. The service was excellent from start to finish. More money than I had anticipated but well worth it because the end result is perfect.

This company care. Each step from ordering, delivery then fitting you knew because they kept you updated. Always someone on a phone to answer questions.
Date & time when my tops were too be fitted was negotiable. Local fitters with lots of experience did a superb job, the waste collection went smoothly too. So happy with the results

Honestly cannot believe it is the same kitchen! Zee was brilliant from the first appointment, worked around our school run and even got the kids involved with colours and styles. Price was great and the interest free option was a bonus and the whole installation was done in a day. Absolutely love the end result. Would definitely recommend!!!

I’ve just had new doors and worktops fitted by this company.From start to finish everything went great ,the fitters Ryan and Darren did a great job and would highly recommend them.The quality of of both the worktops and doors are excellent

Very efficient ordering and selection- delivery to the door - punctual arrival of fitter- clean and tidy work and great pickup of the rubbish and taken away- Excellant around job at a very reasonably price

Time from first contact to initial visit, 5 stars. Time from initial visit to survey, 5 stars. Time from survey to installation, 3 stars (no progress communications), pre-installation contact, 5 stars. Delivery of items, 5 stars. Installation, 5 stars. Clean up at end of installation 2 stars (finding unused screws everywhere, vacuumed floor but not other surfaces so dust everywhere). Post installation pick up of waste, 5 stars.

Everything went well from ordering to fitting. Everyone was very helpful and delivery and fitting went to schedule. Luke, the fitter, was fantastic and completed in a day and half.
