Misleading 14 day full access with no indication it is a trail until a greyed out statement to say its £60 a month. And no email notification to update customer this cost. I have contacted and they refused any refund even though I have not used the service after the 14 days.

This is the biggest scam of a website
This is the biggest scam of a website. Resume builder was awful and a step backwards. I’m getting jobs recommendations that have 0 connections to my experience or desire. Why am I getting “cook” job postings, I’ve never worked nor plan to work in a professional kitchen. Missed the automatic renewal by 36 hours and I’m out $75 because that’s “policy”.
This lack of flexibility is just disgusting.
