Terrible experience. The subscription is way overpriced for what you actually get — I paid multiple renewal charges and got no real results, no responses, nothing that justified the cost. The service itself barely works as advertised.

On top of that, when a billing dispute came up, customer support took way too long to respond and address it properly. For a paid service, I expected much faster and clearer communication on payment issues.

Would not recommend.

The reviewer was precise and very clear on what needed to be sharpened up and what was already good to go. Easy enough for me to follow and make the necessary changes to give my resume more opportunities to make it past ATS systems that would/could fail to actually recognize that I am good fit for a position.

I love how the author or the one who make feedback and help me to fix a bit about my resume that soo honest. Thank you so much. And i will fix it. Because im still new and now im almost in internship time, so this is very helping me. Thank you so much for all the recommendations, correct my words and so on. Thank you.

Keeps advertising a job to apply to then won't continue until you give them money in the form of a package that isn't need by anyone...

Thoughtful, honest, and really down to earth

I dont like hoe most jobs need premium to get hired. Not only is it a cheap way to get money but isnt also the number 1 way to drive people away from using your app. I recommend only making premium so u get get to the top of employee resumes faster or get thier applications sent faster instead of this
The only good thing i received from here was ats test which was really honest, and helpful. Thats was the only good thing about this app. Its going to be a 5/10 on this review untill you alter the premium.

You are AWESOME!! Everything totally makes sense. I see the clarity of the changes or recommendations made. My resume was a bit overwhelming. I have to now work on my high schooler’s resume and she no work experience.

The information received was very relevant and very clear. 

This analysis gave me a clear vision of my resume and the do's and don't's.

Like others here, I was hit with a bill of £59 after the 2 week trial membership. My fault for not being more cautious.
However I have tried to reach out to someone regarding this and have not received a single reply. I currently do not have an income due to my last employer going insolvent, which is why I tried the service out, so to get a huge bill has definitely hurt me financially.

Just disappointed that my money was taken and I have not been acknowledged at all, not even to tell me that I will not be receiving a refund.

I assume a lot of people will be in similar positions as me using their 2 week trial. Word of warning - SET YOUR OWN ALARM. Jobleads do not send out any communications to warn you that the trial period is coming to an end.

My resume review was on point. This site is the best I have tried. I already have interviews. I only been on it for 2 days. Outstanding!!!! The amount of help with my resume, application, recommendations and the service they provide is second to none.

Your system is easy to use and reasonably affordable. Your product actively looks for jobs that fit my resume's experience and education to make a match. I love that you automatically generate a cover letter before submittal of the application.

Loved the thoroughness and detailed feedback!
