Go Premium

I dislike the constant requests to go premium before I have even used your basic services , if you allow more freedom to explore the basic services , then more people my sign up for premium , you need to change your tactics slightly , free resume check is nice touch , but again there catch , sign up for premium to receive full access to CV review

Totally a scam

Totally a scammed by this company. Not what they lead you to believe it is at all. I also tried to get a refund and they denied me one. I do NOT recommend signing up for this at all!

Signed up for JobLeads' 14-day trial…

Signed up for JobLeads' 14-day trial (R49) expecting a low-cost way to test their service. On day 14, with zero warning email or reminder, they silently charged R679 for a "Premium Membership" I never knowingly agreed to.

I emailed them within 24 hours asking for cancellation and a refund. They confirmed the cancellation but refused the refund, instead sending a long email defending the charge by pointing to fine print in their Terms & Conditions.

Meanwhile, they kept trying to charge my account 3+ times over the following days - each failed attempt cost me a bank decline fee I never should have had to pay. I ended up having to cancel my bank card entirely just to stop them.

My bank has since reversed the fees, but the whole ordeal cost me time, stress, and money for a service I used for two weeks. Based on other reviews here, this is clearly not an isolated incident - it's their standard playbook: cheap trial, silent auto-renewal, and a refund process designed to wear you down.

Avoid unless you're prepared to set a calendar reminder and fight for a refund if you forget.
