After applying to many jobs and landing interviews without any offers I decided to seek a coach to improve my interview technique and reached out to Farhan at Interviewology.

Farhan was instrumental in showing me various frameworks enabling me to structure my answers. His examples illustrated the difference between 'ok answers' and 'excellent answers', resulting in increased confidence which reduced my interview anxiety.

Farhan was also very understanding of my situation (I have two young children) and worked around me by being available on weekends.

Where I had applied directly with a company Farhan gave me the tools to determine which competency questions would arise by reviewing the job spec and company values, this really helped me to stay focused on key areas.

My course consisted of an online course that gave me an structure and ideas for elaborating potential questions and responses for an interview. After that, I prepared my responses based on my experience and skills. In the one to one session with Farhan we got some time to review some of my responses for me to enhance them and he provided with extra good tips. Of course that I needed to put a lot of effort to prepare for a good interview. Think that you will need to invest more time on your own. The course is good to give you parameters. I decided to use the last session with Farhan for coaching because I got a job. Overall, good experience.

I was applying for degree apprenticeships in my final year of college. These apprenticeships are very competitive, and require a-lot of preparation.
