Brought an engagement ring well worth the wait came on valentine day which was amazing,
The ring is beautiful and the box it came in lovely.
I did email them great customer service.all in all brilliant she's already looking for the wedding rings 5 stars

Ordered beginning of January 2023 and still waiting (Now 5th Feb 2023). Like other's also paid for expedited delivery.

What a set of scammers, paid £85 total for rings, incl £20 extra for premiem delivery and didnt arrive til 14 days, so ordered from another supplier, still trying to get a refund as rings were too big anyway, ivy is the name used as the contact person. So ivy dont take my money i want it back. 00000 stars

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered a ring £130 on 4th November for my daughter for Xmas with engraving said 8-12 days for delivery emailed them towards end nov and still nothing. Contacted PayPal on the 9th December and PayPal have said we have to give this company 29 days which takes us to 8/9 January over 2 months. I will never ever buy from these again and all my friends and family know not to aswell. PayPal will refund me eventually but in the meantime I’m £130 out of pocket and had to get my daughter another present to make up for this so called ring. Shocking

A month later still havent recieved my order. Customer service doesnt respond. Tracking number fake.

If I could rate this company 0 star's I would, issue still not been resolved 2 month's on, terrible communication and poor quality jewellery

Just received my ring in the post and I have to say it was worth the 3 week wait. It’s absolutely stunning (sapphire amethysts and cz). I would definitely buy from them again now that I know about the long wait and I wouldn’t be as worried as I was that I’d lost my money. Beautiful ring!!

I was skeptical when ordering from here and knew that the jewelry wouldn't be real as its shipped from China. Yet, there was this one ring that looked super cute and wasn't too expensive so I decided to try it anyway. Bad decision! They said that the order will take up to 15 business days as I wanted it engraved. After just a few days it said it was "Ready to ship" but no further update. I waited the full 15 days only to receive another email saying it would taking longer to make my ring. At this point I was confused as it said it was "Ready to Ship" which generally means that it has already been made and just needs to be shipped out. Regardless, I waited a few more days before contacting customer service. Received no response so I filed a dispute on PayPal. They said Customer Service would contact me ASAP. Waited a few more days and they did not so I returned to the open dispute on PayPal asking what the issue is and whether or not my order was ready. They did not respond once again but instead chose to issue me a refund, thank goodness. Never ordering from here again

No ring no refund and only one response. Almost one month in and getting nowhere don’t waste your time with his company

Same company as lejerrio. Drop shipping rubbish from China. Gems are not real. Metal has fake hallmarks. Wanted to return an item as it was awful and was told by Ivy I needed to send it to China. Cost me almost £27 to return as they insist on having their ‘free gift box’ returned also which is enormous and doubles the shipping cost. I didn’t want the gift box in the first place. Took two months for it to arrive using Royal Mails tracking post. Delays due to covid and China post which is Royal Mails shipping partner. It was in China after 4 days, then two months to get to joancee’s manufacturer, whoever that is, then it sat in customs for over a month waiting on someone to collect. Continually emailing Ivy for a refund, sending snaps of Royal Mail tracking page. Getting a refund is like getting blood out of a stone. All because they drop ship from China meaning their site links to the drop shipping service on Alibaba for the manufacturing factory. Joancee have no office or shop, it’s people in their home most probably. Any quality issues they push back to the factory in China to deal with. I would say, what a scam and I will. Only way to mitigate the fiasco would be for factory to drop ship to US, but I’m guessing they don’t want to be saddled with the import cost and shipping fee to ship out to customers. My advise, get an Alibaba account and buy direct. You’ll save yourself a fortune!!!!

The gems are not real even though it is marketed as saphire gems. Cancelled order still waiting for a full refund though I CANCELLED order within the hour of placing. The payment go through instantly why do I have to wait over 2 weeks to get my money back. Once again I had to contact my bank for a CHARGEBACK. Waste of time. AVOID THIS WEBSITE.
