Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Brought 2 rings for our wedding, price was good but the sizes are not accurate. Contacted to send back, took days to hear from them and the trouble trying to get in touch. What they dont tell you is the company says based in london but you actually have to send back to China. Once i returned and let them know details of tracking i heard nothing for 8 weeks, contacted and still nothing. It was only requesting through my bank a full refund after providing proof of sending and that i contacted them that they got back in touch. Luckily the bank refunded me otherwise i would have lost money. Wouldn't recommended these not after the experience I have had!!!

My partner ordered a ring 8 weeks ago and still waiting, we used before and had no problem. This time still waiting... customer service keeps asking us to wait, yet still nothing absolutely ridiculous for the price we paid we will certainly be taking this further

Only 50% refund after 48 hours!

Only 50% refund after 48 hours!! Do not order from this place, I’ve been waiting a month and half now for a bracelet for my wife, they acknowledged the inconvenience but refuse to issue a full refund, they won’t even give me a window of when it will ship.

Pleasantly surprised......

I reviewed company after ordering and paying for an item of jewellery, needless to say I wasn't holding out much hope ! However the item arrived today and is beautiful, perfect. It was also delivered within the stated period. So I have absolutely no complaints.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They are very reluctant to allow a refund. The communication is hard work. So far it’s taken 5 emails to arrange a return, to be told I have to pay for return shipping, which they say is a UK company but it’s actually Hong Kong! They offered me a 35% off coupon if I agreed to keep the item. I’m returning the ring as it’s too big and was going to purchase another with this company but they are not professional at all. Never again. Stay clear.

I ordered a ring from here did not arrive and they only give me 50% back they are in a different country and only reply at 2am in the morning PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A VERY BAD

4 weeks Still no ring

I ordered this ring 4 weeks ago. Couldnt log in for tracking details. They eventually answered an email i sent, sent me a link to see this tracking information and nothing has changed since. Now no reply. Do not order from this company. Its appauling!!!

2 weeks late, no customer support, wrong size.

I ordered my rings in early November without paying for expedited shipping. It arrived on Nov 24th. The company claims to be based in the UK, but in fact, it is based in Hong Kong, meaning any questions or emails would likely be replied to at 2 am (from someone in the UK). The customer service was quite honestly not good, saying my order would be delayed, which I had to find out by myself when my order hadn't moved. Not once did they email me first to let me know about delays. I had to repeatedly ask them where it was. Furthermore, the actual tracking order website is just not good. The verification is weird and is never actually reliable. The rings arrived, without notice, and they were in fact the wrong size, which I now have to correct. This was going off of their ring size measurements, and I will have to spend more money on BOTH rings to correct them. The whole experience on this website was horrible, with no customer help, an extremely late parcel (over 2 weeks), no apologies, and the worst sizing ever. I'd seriously not order one thing from this. I'm lucky I ordered it this early. Do not order if you have no time.

This company needs closing down

This company needs closing down. Impossible to get a reply. I payed £20 3-5 day shipping. It’s been 3 weeks and still not received. Communication is very poor. I spent a lot of money and by reading the poor comments I’m disappointed before I receive them. I’ve asked for a refund and only thing I got back was track your order.taking them 3 days to reply with it. No im passed caring about delivery. I want a full refund. TO ALL UK CUSTOMERS PLEASE AVOID. This is the worse experience I’ve had when buying something.

I ordered an engagement ring from the company it never delivered. No response from the company customer service. They also did not base in the UK. Delivery day is a scam. They will give you fake tracking link. They stole from me. How can I sue them

Don't use this company!

Paid for Expedited delivery as per their website, was a week late. Stated they could refund delivery but never did. Finally received item and its not even the size I ordered, they refuse to cover return costs despite this being their error. They send me their returns policy which clearly states no personalised items can be refunded, even though they sent the wrong size! But hey they can offer me 35% off a replacement! Asif I would ever use them again! Don't waste your money,

Absolute rubbish cheap Tat

Don't bother wasting your money
Cheap tat you can get better rings from Temu....

I have sent an email

I have sent an email, Facebook message and an Instagram DM requesting to cancel my order and refund my order with immediate effect due to my login stating i have no orders placed, after placing an order worth £112 on 8th August.
No reply from any of their platforms. Please get in touch with me in some form as soon as possible or I will take legal action. I have already reported this to the EU consumer rights and trading standards. No tracking, no order information when I log into my account.

Ordered a ring and paid for 5-7 days delivery! it’s been past that and no email to say it even been dispatched, when I put the tracking number in it tells me that isn’t the wrong information (it’s not) I have messaged on Facebook Instagram and sent an email and no response back, customer service is terrible.i had high hopes to receive this ring but I can now see from other reviews it’s a scam
