She was Amazing customer service that…

She was Amazing customer service that why i give a score rate of 100% for a great person and company get 100% for very great product items and on time too and my experience with delivery driver was great and NO DAMAGE? Box or Items being damage to the driver get a 100% for a great Condition Package Box keep the great work up on your delivery package to get the same again high score rate okay?

The pressure washer was so weak.

The pressure washer was so weak it was a complete waste of time. Not like on their advert at all. 30 feet range? More like 13 feet range.
The exact same item was available on Ali-Exprrss for a good deal cheaper, not that it was worth buying anyway.
The money back guarantee worked eventually, but I paid around £14 to send it back, then had to wait well over a month for the refund and only then after a phone call.
Bordering on a scam here.
I won't be dealing with JML again, for anything, ever.

Gadgets I really needed!!!

It would have easily been a 5/5 however one of my items was missing.
After I sent them an email explaining that an item was missing the staff member picking up the email dealt with it very well and in a timely fashion.

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery. Product did the job I needed.
Contacted customer service for help on consumables, was told they would be available soon. However, I was disappointed in one respect that one of the nuts on the wheels fell off and JML have no way to replace it. Fortunately on this occasion I found it in the grass. Make sure you watch this aspect as nowadays there are few DIY stores that would hold such items.

DONT BOTHER

I ordered and received a bra I saw advertised on TV, Looked good, it wasn’t…wey to small and I ordered my proper size. 42, XL. It would have fitted me when I was 15..rediculous…to top it all I have to pay to send it back. NO NO NO NO JML SHOPPING FOR ME EVER AGAIN.

JML beaded shower head plus! Is a fantastic product from JML, coukdnt believe the difference! In power and flow and performance it made to my shower! It is a game changer for sure! I woukd definately recommend this product to anyone who wants to boost their shower head performance, it’s worth every penny! My family members have this shower head and recommended it to me! So I immediately ordered one( the JML shower plus one( for ALL electric and power showers) just make sure you order the power plus one! as this one woukd be tie right shower head for ALL showers, as they do another beaded one very similar, but it states it’s NOT recommended for Eke tric showers, ONLY the SHOWER-PLUS one is the right one for ELECTRIC showers, but once you have this product you’ll never look back! It’s fabulous! I love it! So nice to have my shower transformed by this shower head, please keep stocking this product JML as I couldn’t live without it now, love the ideas from JML, a very happy JML customer! and I will be purchasing more items from JML direct in the near future, thank you! JML for a great product and great customer services, ( Margaret) bought this product in March 2026,

Brilliant products, very fairly priced

I loved all the items I bought from JML. The face powder foundation is the best I’ve had to date. I couldn’t tell you how much money I’ve wasted on much more expensive ones that just sit badly on my skin.
It was easy to place my order and I received the items promptly. I am a very happy customer.
